How long have you been a Senior Agent for?: As of the publication of this application, just under a week.
Why are you applying for Special Agent?: During this week on my time as a Senior Agent. I have ran trainings which aimed to improve combat effectiveness of DEA. As well as, hosted lectures aimed to inform about GOIs outside of the Pinewood region to prompt interest and further reading in SCP Lore.
I would like to continue this duty as a Special Agent. As I have plans to revamp and add additional training formats. Which could raise the current standard of agents and bolter activity. In addition, I would like to add non-compulsory components to the orientation training that is given to new agents. So that they may have an easier time when starting out as DEA. Such as, training on how to use smoke grenades and infantry basics.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?: Holding an excellent and varied background in whitelisted positions. It demonstrates that I can be trusted with various positions. In addition, I would like to utilise my extensive background in aiding various DEA matters. As I hold a wealth of knowledge in my time running previous positions. In addition, I would like to aid the DEA Leadership in running their operations as a GM.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?: I have written an excellent grade document, documenting the internal structure of GOC Command and the 108 Council. Formatting plays a huge part, as documents need to be presentable and easy to read by the viewer.
In addition, the content itself must be written to a standard that can be understood by the reader but also engaging. Especially if the document is lengthy in nature.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?: The enforcement of Various Policies set forward by Agency Managers. As well as to be part of the chain of command. Special Agents are considered as almost akin to Squad Leaders. They are also seen as the primary agents who represent the best that DEA has to offer. Therefore, they must uphold the core values of DEA and highest standards when on duty.
In addition, they are CL4 holders. Therefore they have a greater access to information within that Clearance. In which they are expected to uphold various practices like OPSEC and control over various additional functions within the facility. So they must abide by Site Administration policies on site lighting, teslas and blast door controls.
