One day from Forums I didn't know commenting on ban appeals that don't involve you can get you in trouble (that was before they implemented that rule they added that rule in the city RP ban appeal rule but not in other servers.)
Why are you applying for Director of Internal Affairs?
-I want to bring the best for the department, ensuring that the department "Prospers", as an ambassador I brought new policies for the department such as giving the DPT director of IA authorization for agents to block catwalk and weapon-checking rules, I want to bring new ideas for the department especially since we now can do small tribunal. as James the site director said to me about me wanting to "spice up" (his word not now) and as the longest and dedicated ambassador, I believe I can be entrusted and making sure that the department runs smoothly, I have both experience in the field and administrative work.
What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Affairs?:
Activity and dedication
as IA ambassador, I am the most active ambassador, helping others in need of questions on the code of ethics or code of conduct. including being neutral when it comes to making an arrest. ensuring their arrest is lawful, fair, and reasonable.

As part of IA, I showed calmness and neutrality throughout my career though when it comes to the chain of command I have to believe the person who's above him or her when it comes to site hierarchy like MTF caught a cadet murdering personnel for no reason I have to believe the mtf story.

as far as I know wrote many documents including for new ambassadors that say what they need to including responsibility for clearance level four personnel such as suppressing info breaches, including investigation, and my favorite document I made called "IA Policy and Addition" and I also the original maker of internal affairs information on how to contact IA.

As director of internal affairs, you hired ambassadors who are excellent there whether they are good at administrative work or fieldwork or both
ambassadors must inform any clearance of four personnel breaking protocols to be informed directly to the director of Internal affairs of MTF CO+ since ambassadors can arrest them.
Leadership
As Director of internal affairs, leadership is important to the department like ordering all agents and ambassadors must escort non-combative personnel to the garage for their safety or assigning duties. ensuring that department runs smoothly and accordingly to site commands.

Mikhail Fergus was born in a poor area of London to Polish immigrants, he never knew his dad as he left him after he was born, Mikhail wasn't bothered by the absence of a father figure, as he consider his grandfather as he father, always looking up to him a world war two veteran and a book writer, as a kid he read books about philosophy and crime novel inspired to be a detective like his hero Sherlock Holmes while being passionate about Niccolo Machiavelli's book the prince, Mikhail studied criminology and political science. at the age of 18, he got accepted into police, flawlessly passing the training and impressing his superiors. he was transferred to the Flying Squad division well known for stopping armed robberies. for his achievement, he received the medal of honor and the chief of metropolitan decided to promote him to Detective Constable. finally achieving his dream of being a detective Mikhail's life was going well, a few years later doing some paperwork man in a suit paid him a visit offering him a job in a place called "SITE-17" as an internal affairs agent, Mikhail unknown what he meant by his comment, he was confused, the man in the suit told him about SCP and how his superiors were impressed by his skill. told him how the foundation protects the world from the "Anomaly" interested by the agent's "pep talk" Mikhail accepted the offer, Mikhail was sedated and kidnapped by the agent, Mikhail later woke up and found out he was in the middle of the desert probably in Nevada. Mikhail was given a tour of the facility including the guidebook, on his first day as an agent Mikhail was already feeling like its home, Mikhail held the most arrest record, as a test director of IA send him on an investigation into personnel who had been reportedly acting disloyal to the foundation, after investigating on the researcher for weeks, he got incredible evidence of him breaking site rules including misuse of an SCP, "SCP-420-J " for his successful investigation, Mikhail was promoted to Ambassador lecturing and giving advice to agents,
Chapter two: S@%t hits the van
A few months later The Site was attacked by Chaos Insurgency and serpent's hand, Mikhail was tasked with escorting non-combative Personnel to the surface, the place was overrun with SCP-049-2 it was difficult to escort them since half of MTF are KIA. Mikhail decided lead Surviving MTF and order them to escort non-combative to the surface while he went to turn on the tesla gate. Mikhail run to the elevator while there, a group of MTF ■■■■■-1 was in the elevator and escorting him to the surface Mikhail was taken to the black SUV and knocked out. 12 hours have passed. Mikhail woke up in a dark room filled with candles there on his front Ethics Director and Chief of o5 -1 from site 65 instead of asking what happened in site 17 I asked him about his duty and responsibilities as Internal Affairs Ambassador, Mikhail was confused why they ask him such a vague question Mikhail decided to tell them few hours in the minted dark room, -1 and ECD were discussing something, ECD told him if he interested in becoming IA Director in site-65 but there was a catch IA in site-65 has been going on a lot of misconduct and Negligence they say they put him on a test to if he got what it takes, Mikhail accepted the offer. Mikhail traveled from hit miserable desert of Nevada to the cold and harsh place in Quebec, Pinewood.

Mikhail started unpacking his in his office and already started working on basic tasks improving the health of the department and improving relationships with another department. Mikhail improved the department in months some agents and ambassadors were removed from their position under Mikhail, IA, and became the respectable department that it used to be.
