Why are you applying for Security Captain?
-I have been enjoying playing as Gensec for weeks now. I want to do more training and lecture session for newbies and rrts with my experience as an ex-senior clearance level four and Combative personnel. I want to bring new ideas to the gensec department. I believe that Gensec has much more to offer than it is. I want to prove that those who play as gensecs can respect and enjoy the department. I also helped with hwl tryout and lead block when I was assigned by the captain.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- Professional and helpful- as a former IA Director, I always tell my man to be professional and respectful to everyone including those who can be dicks sometimes because arguing never helps you. I like to advise newcomers and people who are inexperienced with the site.
- Leadership-I believe leadership is an important skill of a GSD Captain as you take responsibility for GenSec and command Them as an NCO and Ex-Senior IA I did a lot of leadership skills assigning POIs and Defending from CI raids. Dblock requires order and role models for junior personnel to pass our knowledge to them. As an IA Director, we had two consecutive months of high scores from the site administration but I wouldn't do it without my colleagues.
- Training and lecture- in my pov, I don't see a lot of training being given by captains (No Offense) but I give out lectures and training, especially for cadets who still lack basic standards the site I want to give Them experience on being a security and how to do your job.
- Team player- I want to work with other captains so together we can make sure that the department and dblock aren't a literal warzone and work on new ideas for the department.
- holding rrt and hwl tryouts to progress careers for junior gensec including for MTFs. Who needs to do their promotion requirements
- Maintaining the health of dblock ensures that the area isn't in a messy situation such as dclass rioting, no fights in dblock and giving gensec not doing their duties.
- Assigning places of interest frequently for gensec such as watch tower or airlock
- Work with other departments especially internal affairs to maintain good relationship
- Authorizing a sweep doing code two if required too
- Holding training and lectures for gensec for them to progress and give them how the department and the site works
- maintain order in and out of dblock, especially for functional escorting duties so it won't be a mess.

Background:
Mikhail Fergus was born to Polish parents who lived in England to escape the harsh Cold of the socialist republic of Poland, as a kid he was inspired to be in the army from his grandfather's story who fought in the battle of Monte Cassino. at the age of 18, he applied to join the army being accepted he joined the British army impressed by his superiors for his determination and skills as a mentor. he was offered a role in SAS. Trained in CQC and Hostage Rescue Mikhail succeed in his skill in his first action in Iraq rescuing members of US and UK Embassy from the Iraqi armies later on served in a 2011 Military intervention in Libyan taking down Libya's top general for his service he was promoted to sergeant and became a drill instructor for SAS. getting the nickname "Naked Mike" for sabotaging and rescuing VIPs from the enemy's frontline. a few years later he resigned from the military and joined PMC. Becoming their drill instructor fighting without any beliefs and ideology just to survive, he was hired by the foundation for his knowledge of the surrounding areas in Georgia working together with a Small Unit of MTF which lot of casualties from CI to retrieve a robot from Anderson robotics from chaos insurgency in Tbilisi, Georgia after the successful mission on retrieving the robot, he was offered a job in the foundation as General Security where they use a man like him. Mikhail accepted the offer and went to Saskewthan, Canada Site 65 working as Riot Response Team Sergeant.
"Life as RRT SGT and Title of "BIg Mike"
Life as RRT SGT was doing swell for Mikhail gaining respect from his colleagues and peers, Doing a massive Code Two. where Chaos insurgency managed to get through dblock supplying Dclass with guns. Gensec Captain was heavily injured leading him to lead the sweep. Mike got Nu-7 "Hammerheads" to assist with code two and the CI. Despite the low number of gensec, Mike managed to successfully neutralize the Ci and the Riot with no casualties. for his effort, he was awarded for the successful sweep and was given a medal and a new nickname "Big Mike" which he carried with pride. Big Mike went on to become RRT Sgt for the next two years even becoming using his drill instructor skills to train RRT on hostage rescuing and CQC. he was contacted by his Chief Of Security to come to his office. The CoS offered him a new position as Gensec Captain, Mike Happily the offer becoming the new captain ensuring the department will be safe in his hand.
Future as Captain:
As Captain, the GenSec Became well respected and friendly department helping the newcomers who were assigned to Security. Doing morning routine SCP-106 breached and managed to get through lcz due to lack of MTF in the site, Mike and the RRT units grabbed the dclass to his containment chamber to sacrifice the dclass but 106 trapped them all inside dblock. Big Mike ordered RRT to get to his cc while he distract 106. Mike took 106 to the entrance zone making 106 extremely pissed off. Mike got himself dead end without anywhere to go only for him to do is to pray to god, that rrt managed to sacrifice the dclass to the femur breaker luckily his pray was answered. RRT did their job. 106 was contained. for his effort on containing 106 and a few scratches on his back from 106 attack. Mike Managed to get the job done. Big Mike became a role model for GenSec and Became an Image for the department ensuring that General Security gets the job done the future for Big Mike will have obstacles in his life but Big Mike will survive everything that comes to him.
