I'd just like to say that since, I have returned I have only received one warning for FearRP as a Class D. I had explained that I was unaware that D-Class apply to FearRP as I have seen 100s and I was planning on Appealing it as I feel it was unfair but I have decided to own it and just move on I used to be a minge, but as many people have seen I am no longer a Minge. I have made a huge change and even with Two Ear Infections One Fungal the other Bacterial...
Why are you applying for Security Captain?:
Well, the reason I am applying for Captain is because of multiple reasons. My interest in the GSD Department has never gone unnoticed even as an Nu-7 I'd go on about RRT all the time in the Nu-7 Discord. Now that I have been kicked out of Nu-7 I've been maining RRT, I have come up with multiple Documents and Sub Department Ideas I have sent one to the Chief of Security and I know some of it is going to be combined into one of the new Sub Departments coming out soon and have come up with multiple others I am yet to write out.
Not only that I was outright told I should by multiple Captains and a Chief of Security, I've been told my Application last week was very good and I have had multiple people asking me on if I have made a Captain Application all of whom are suprised it was denied lol!
Not only that, there is a lack of both training and discipline in our Department. But, something I think a lot of people forget that we're not MTF. So PTs and things like that wouldn't work as MTF is built up on fear where as with GSD there isn't much you can do. I've come up with ideas such as Research Blacklists and although I haven't tested it yet I doubt it would be very good as people probably wouldn't respect it so it would be useless. Although I have worked on my System and although SGTs find it hard to work on, it has worked wonders for me. Something simple that all GSD need to know and that can be explaining in 5 seconds "You stay in Airlock, when another GSD comes back you will be swapped over /dropmoney 500 you will be given more money if I see you doing a goodjob in the Airlock." it works a treat, GSD get their Escorts and no one is waiting when I am in D-Block lol. I've had some issues, although I've never personally had these I could see it not working when we do not have at least 4 GSD online as we'd only have 2 GSD on Escorts and two in Airlock at a time. But, so far even when we're incredibly understaffed Researchers know to wait their turn and wait for another Cadet.
Not only that, GSD was the first Department I had joined. At the time when I joined GSD wasn't in the best of condition. I very quickly attended an RRT tryout and very quickly grew to love the server. I want to give new GSD that love, I want to improve apon the RP of the GSD Department and make it not just "Do Airlock, go on Escorts." as a Captain I can do such things. I want to let RRT do more in the facility as a whole as I think they're more then Capable to do so.
Gensec is a Hive mind, most Cadets count on their SGTs or Officers, not only that. They have their own self interests in mind (Leveling up) and gaining (Combat XP) so, you may ask "What is the quickest way to get Combat XP?" !Credit. Most SGTs can cope on their own but leading onsite Security is a big step up specially when it is trying to go on escorts every 5 minutes. From doing Airlock duty Gensec as a whole crumples and it takes not only Leadership but respect to run D-Block. So, quite a few SGTs fail at the most basic of tasks. Which is fine it's not entirely their fault, we're in D-Block to do a job and so if such a key role. A rank that means at any point in time you could be leading a force larger then most MTF onsite is lead by a 9 Year Old you can't expect said Child to function under such pressure. I in all honesty, disagree with the SGT rank being non whitelist as it is such a key rank to D-Block They should at least make it Heavy Weapons.
We were all new to the server, Gensec deserve the benefit of the doubt to some extent. Currently Gensec has no reward for well, Gensec. I want to put in place a system where, you do (Example: Airlock duty for 10 minutes get 500 then you can get into the Research Line or be !Credit and if you do a goodjob in the Airlock you might get a 1000 or more!). It at least offers some reward for Gensec and means we don't have people leaving constantly. It will at least work for now until we have more reforms to Gensec as a whole. I also, think the Credit system for Captains needs to be used more that way it should avoid people leaving their posts to get into Research line as they will be leveling up just as quick if not quicker. If Gensec don't do their job, then they don't get to escort any Researchers and do not receive any "!Credit" from either Captain or Researcher.
You may also ask, "But what if no Gensec do their job" then there will be no escorts. Eventually they'll buckle up and do their Airlock duty like they're asked too. And if they try to go on Strike IA can and should get involved.
(This would be a temporary solution to something huge and possibly at least put some Duct Tape on Gensec's wide, wide hole and improve Gensec RP.)
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?
Well, this past week. I have spoken to multiple SGTs and non of them have stoodout, specially yesterday when a normal SGT was saying "There are no people in D-Block" and who is to Blame for that? It isn't GSD, it's not RRT whom he was complaining at it is his fault but how are they to blame, RRT aren't just GSD they're more then that and I can tell why GSD had left, meanwhile. 5 minutes later he had left D-Block and I was running it. I had put my system in place and within 5 minutes D-Block was staffed, he returned and I left him there and took RRT on an Escort with Exec Deacon [Never Escort that man for the love of god lol!] that SGT has no system in place to ensure that D-Block is manned always so GSD are just going to grab as many Researchers as they can and go. All they want is Credit, if you ensure they will get their Credit. Remind them that they're on cooldown and treat them with Respect then they'll do what they're asked. That SGT had an attitude that was unrivaled it could be because of an Ego or something but he thought that GSD were just going to listen to him like the fucking Bible. But why should they? There is no reason for them to listen and as most of them were on Escorts already they just continued with what they were doing.
Having more of an understanding of Gensec has allowed me to run D-Block far more effiantly then say if an MTF CO came into D-Block, completely different place and there is no penalty for doing something good or bad therefore running D-Block is based on mutual respect and not fear of demotion or worse that is why you have so many "Unethical Cadets" as they don't know the CoE nor do they care. They just want action and once they get bored of D-Block (they'll try and level up by Research Escorts making D-Block understaffed) then they join an MTF regiment. It's an annoying cycle that cannot really be broken as it would break the server. But, I still think there are ways of improving D-Block and I think there can be a system put in place that won't ruin the flow of Gensec or have an impact on MTF as whole. But, it'd improve RP and allow Gensec to fun in D-Block outside of just Research Escorts.
I've made it clear that I've got plenty of ideas for improving D-Block in the "Why are you applying for Security Captain" and I've got plenty more where that came from. I to improve the "Hive mind" and possibly allow Gensec to think for themselves that a select amount of Gensec officers should be given a "LDR" in their names, meaning Leader. This way that the officers we see as "good", can order Gensec when a SGT+ isn't around there will be at least some order to D-Block as these Officers will organize the Research Line and make sure the Airlock is manned they would have the same authority as a Normal SGT just that a Normal SGT can and most likely will order them around.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?
Gensec Captain Responsibilities Are:
-Making sure D block is well staffed (most of the time it is understaffed);
-Giving RRT orders such as, helping MTF, setting up checkpoints and escorting CL4 personnel;
-Making sure that all Gensec are following the CoE and CoD;
-If needed, call in a sweep of D block if they're armed and rioting;
-Giving Gensec orders and making sure they are doing their jobs correctly;
-If and when a sweep happens, give a brief on what Gensec will have to do in a sweep;
-Taking Gensec onto the "catwalk" if needed to take down a Class D with a gun;
-Disciplining Gensec and keeping them in line;
-Hosting RRT tryouts.

Bill Ron was born into a lower class family, being young he decided to join the "IRA" [due to British oppression and seeing his family forced into Poverty] building up a reputation for being one of the most disciplined soldiers in the Irish republican army. Serving in "the troubles" he soon ranked up and picked up a reputation for being an amazing Leader but he knew right from wrong [He had thoughts of leaving but he knew he was too far in], becoming a Lieutenant very quickly. He used his surroundings to his advantage using gorilla warfare only having a 100 men to his disposal [A platoon] all of whom were poorly equipped, inexperienced he fought on, he ran into battle like a man with nothing to lose. Every man he lost only fuelled his anger towards these "people" that came into his land and oppressed him, his family, his country. He once fought off a force 5 times the size of his platoon saying to his men "We may die today, we might loose our friends. Our loved ones but every last one of you will die with dignity and pride for your country. You will fight with your guns, if and when you run out of bullets you will fight with your hands, teeth, you will fight to the last breath for your country. May god fuck the queen! Glory to Ireland!", he made Napoleon look like teletubby. He made his country proud, his men burning, shot. But not forgotten, he fought on.
Eventually being known by the SCP foundation for his amazing performance. He was soon contacted by mail. They had told him that they were the "English Government" and would like to discuss a possible Peace Treaty. He did not believe this and had made an Ambush it was Night at least 24:00 at night, his men were all hidden and ready then all of a sudden a large [Boom] then a light so bright it made some of them instantly blind. His men were all killed almost instantly by a small Thermal Nuclear device almost 67 people died within Seconds, and those who survived the blast and were capable of fighting did as they scrambled to save their Lietenunt who was almost dying on the floor. They were picked off by energy weapons as the squad of 6 Intel Agents had NVGs and could see them hiding but 4 out of the 6 did not make it as the nearly dead melting men charged them with their all and had almost killed them all. Then the 2 Agents who survived grabbed him the screams of his men in the background all dying, burning melting. They blindfold him, he is now in a Van speeding down a Highway dying from blood loss. His hands are melting due to the heat he just endured.
Bill Ron "What the fuck, you doing you cunts, you just killed 100 men for nothing? Have you no humanity? First Bloody Sunday and now this!"
Intel Agent 1 "Don't you call us cunts *Punches"

He is then extracted from the Van, taken on an Airplane where is recieves medical care. They used SCP 500 on him as he wouldn't live otherwise by order of the [Redacted] he is then Shipped off to the foundation where he is given two options.
GSD Captain "Bill, you have two options. You can either become a Class D personnel or GSD Cadet, the choice is yours. If you become a Class D you will most likely be killed within a week. Class D are mostly Deathrow inmates and war criminals. As we know, you are a terrorist but we think we can get more use out of you. If you become a GSD Cadet, you will live. That is all you have to know!"
Bill Ron thought hard, he knew he had no choice. Bill did not want to die, after all he has seen he will continue to persist against evil in all areas. But he thought long and hard, you see they knew it wouldn't be easy for him but they knew they'd break him eventually.
Bill Ron "I, have decided that I'd like to become a GSD cadet."
He had a rough start at first, this is a hard job and not easy to do. But Ron wanted to resist, these people had kidnapped him. Violated his human rights, killed an entire Platoon of men that he knew and loved. They forced him to work in a place where he is most likely to die an early grave. So, Bill organized a strike, then. When that failed he did a Hunger Strike, he Resisted at every level but eventually he was broken. He had given up on hope but he had decided to save as many good men as he could. After saving his Captain in D-Block on Operation [Cold Turkey] in which a his Captain was almost killed, screaming in pain he was dragged into Showers by two Class D Laughing. Bill Ron was on the verge of death his Torso full of Bullet Wounds, and after seeing this he was Pissed. He had lead a charge into Showers pushing into Showers and killing all the Class D attempting to keep his Captain hostage. His Captain had promoted him to the Rank of Officer for his clear Leadership during the events of that day. Bill Ron never even knew about RRT but he was requested to his Captains Office. At which point he got interviewed for RRT and had passed with flying colours knowing all of his CoE.
He got to know the Riot Response Team right after this, his SGT was the first person he had spoken to his name was Frederick. A British man Large bulky and with a beard normally Bill Ron would hate this man, but they became the best of friends. Frederick had grown up in a comfortable household, but eventually he joined UN PeaceKeepers, Frederick had passed his Training with flying Colours his Drill Instructors so impressed they made him the Rank CPL. During his time in Africa he was apart of the UN PeaceKeeper Force sent out there to deal with rising fears of a Conflict. An SCP 066 had breached during his visit there he was not apart of the GOC but during operation [Redacted] the foundations Intel was wrong and they thought that this UN PeaceKeeping Force was the GOC and had opened fire on them after they realized that they'd just opened fire on some innocent UN PeaceKeepers they'd attempted to get them to Surrender. But the PeaceKeeping Force wasn't having it and resisted, even though they were outgunned they fought back but they had to Surrender after their Week Long Siege as they were all Hungry, Tired, broken, injured, they had no more bullets to shoot. The Foundation realising how much they fucked up they covered this incident. All the men apart of the UN PeaceKeeping Force were sent to different Sites. RRT Officer Daniels is very rude, didn't listen to people and had only come into the RRT because his Father is apart of the Ethics Committee. Overall Bill Ron would make himself on what he thinks of Daniel and Daniel would show his affection back. Officer Jack was Polite, silent for the most part you knew he was focussed on the job at hand and he looked very introverted. Officer Steve was one of Bill Rons close friends. Steve had grown up in Sweden and had a rough upbringing. His parents were both Drug Addicts and they were incredibly Neglectful. The day he came into the Foundation was on [Redacted] Incident. An Image of SCP 096-2 has been found and it was the worst Breach of SCP 096 almost 1000 people had died and he was the only Survivor of that day. His Parents would keep him in the basement. So therefore on that day he was the only person in the entire town of 1000 people to survive. That day and when MTF E-11 has bust down that door. All they could see was him, frail. His Dignity had been taken, he was Broken he had clearly not eaten in weeks. immediately MTF E-11 SGT [Redacted] started crying at this sight he was looking at was tearing him apart. He knew, after all the horrors he had seen how could any of them top this? They had taken him in, saved his life and fed him. He was happy to be alive having an upbringing within the Foundation was tough though but he was well looked after and although no one could fill the hole lost. He grew up. Lived the rest of his Childhood in comfort in the Children Wing. Being Trained for RRT at the age of 22, he was one of RRTs youngest but by all means was he an amazing Officer. Bill Ron found friendship in all they had seen. Two completely different groups of people, but their Struggle was unmatched and this bond would save his life. A bond only so much suffering can bring, a bond they share together.
After recontaining an SCP he had then been promoted for putting his life on the line and rushing an SCP with a beam while shots rang out next to him, Bill by this point was badly injured but he picked up his beam. Gathered a group of men and setup an Advanced firing line, shots rang out people were dying and he had been hit multiple times. Bill Ron had never used a Beam before but he picked one up from a dying E-11 screaming out in pain. Rushed up to the SCP and Beemed him. The SCP Roared, screamed and hit anyone that got near him. He brought out his cuffs and put them on him but the SCP had taken a chunk out of his hip. He had collapsed. A Combat Medic had seen all of this and picked him up at once. Bill Ron wasn't going to die, but he sure felt like it.
Combat Medic Steve "You know, what you did out there might have saved 100s of lifes out there?"
Bill Ron "Yeah, thank you. I had to. I had just seen one of my best buddies in RRT well..."
Combat Medic Steve "I understand, was he..."

An awkward silence comes over the two, the Combat Medic realizes what he did wasn't out of courage but Grief and loss. The man had gone insane seeing his RRT SGT die. After seeing this he had rushed at the SCP out of pure Grief and probably didn't expect to survive. The Combat Medic knowing attempted suicide is against the CoD and anyone found will a small Prison Time and for not telling them they'd be worse on him. But he had decided not to tell anyone...
Combat Medic Steve "Do you, want a Mental Evaluation?"
Bill Ron "No, no reason to burden others with my problems. I see no need in that"
Combat Medic Steve "Okay, just don't try and do such things again. I'm sorry for your loss!"

Combat Medic Steve "Yes, Frederick was a good man. He told me they never brainwashed him, he knew the GOC were bad. They focussed on destroying SCPs when they should've focussed on saving them but he also told me that the Foundation isn't any more Justified in their approach in doing these things."
Bill Ron "I know, but sometimes I just think why do we do this? At what cost is this justified, how many people must die? Why can't we just kill all of them why can't we just get rid of this burden on the why must we continue and suffer in the Dark while normal people live in the light?
Combat Medic Steve "I don't know..."
Steve is about to the leave the room but Bill cries out in pain, In Grief. the loss overcomes him and the Steve supports him and takes him in. He has seen multiple MTF, RRT even normal GSD but never has he seen someone as broken as him. But yet he refuses help? This Combat Medic knows this man is not normal by any means he is close friends with him, but never has he seen so much pain in a mans eyes.
Bill Ron has been forced to take a Medical Evaluation, Steve had spoken to his Chief of Medicine about this and had requested that this be forced onto him without his consent as he is in great need of it. During the Evaluation their conversation is [Redacted] like all of them are. We know they would've discussed his childhood and how he joined the IRA. But not much else is known. We don't know fully on what his thoughts were on the IRA, if he completely agreed with how they pushed their Message. We know he hated the violence, he was grown up a soldier watching Massacres on fold right in front of him. But having seen all of this he had grown sick of it. We also know that he wanted to leave at one point in time but he knew better then to do any such thing.

All they want is Credit, if you ensure they will get their Credit. Remind them that they're on cooldown and treat them with Respect then they'll do what they're asked. That SGT had an attitude that was unrivaled it could be because of an Ego or something but he thought that GSD were just going to listen to him like the fucking Bible. But why should they? There is no reason for them to listen and as most of them were on Escorts already they just continued with what they were doing.
Having more of an understanding of Gensec has allowed me to run D-Block far more effiantly then say if an MTF CO came into D-Block, completely different place and there is no penalty for doing something good or bad therefore running D-Block is based on mutual respect and not fear of demotion or worse that is why you have so many "Unethical Cadets" as they don't know the CoE nor do they care. They just want action and once they get bored of D-Block (they'll try and level up by Research Escorts making D-Block understaffed) then they join an MTF regiment. It's an annoying cycle that cannot really be broken as it would break the server. But, I still think there are ways of improving D-Block and I think there can be a system put in place that won't ruin the flow of Gensec or have an impact on MTF as whole. But, it'd improve RP and allow Gensec to fun in D-Block outside of just Research Escorts.
I've made it clear that I've got plenty of ideas for improving D-Block in the "Why are you applying for Security Captain" and I've got plenty more where that came from. I to improve the "Hive mind" and possibly allow Gensec to think for themselves that a select amount of Gensec officers should be given a "LDR" in their names, meaning Leader. This way that the officers we see as "good", can order Gensec when a SGT+ isn't around there will be at least some order to D-Block as these Officers will organize the Research Line and make sure the Airlock is manned they would have the same authority as a Normal SGT just that a Normal SGT can and most likely will order them around.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?
Gensec Captain Responsibilities Are:
-Making sure D block is well staffed (most of the time it is understaffed);
-Giving RRT orders such as, helping MTF, setting up checkpoints and escorting CL4 personnel;
-Making sure that all Gensec are following the CoE and CoD;
-If needed, call in a sweep of D block if they're armed and rioting;
-Giving Gensec orders and making sure they are doing their jobs correctly;
-If and when a sweep happens, give a brief on what Gensec will have to do in a sweep;
-Taking Gensec onto the "catwalk" if needed to take down a Class D with a gun;
-Disciplining Gensec and keeping them in line;
-Hosting RRT tryouts.

Bill Ron was born into a lower class family, being young he decided to join the "IRA" [due to British oppression and seeing his family forced into Poverty] building up a reputation for being one of the most disciplined soldiers in the Irish republican army. Serving in "the troubles" he soon ranked up and picked up a reputation for being an amazing Leader but he knew right from wrong [He had thoughts of leaving but he knew he was too far in], becoming a Lieutenant very quickly. He used his surroundings to his advantage using gorilla warfare only having a 100 men to his disposal [A platoon] all of whom were poorly equipped, inexperienced he fought on, he ran into battle like a man with nothing to lose. Every man he lost only fuelled his anger towards these "people" that came into his land and oppressed him, his family, his country. He once fought off a force 5 times the size of his platoon saying to his men "We may die today, we might loose our friends. Our loved ones but every last one of you will die with dignity and pride for your country. You will fight with your guns, if and when you run out of bullets you will fight with your hands, teeth, you will fight to the last breath for your country. May god fuck the queen! Glory to Ireland!", he made Napoleon look like teletubby. He made his country proud, his men burning, shot. But not forgotten, he fought on.
Eventually being known by the SCP foundation for his amazing performance. He was soon contacted by mail. They had told him that they were the "English Government" and would like to discuss a possible Peace Treaty. He did not believe this and had made an Ambush it was Night at least 24:00 at night, his men were all hidden and ready then all of a sudden a large [Boom] then a light so bright it made some of them instantly blind. His men were all killed almost instantly by a small Thermal Nuclear device almost 67 people died within Seconds, and those who survived the blast and were capable of fighting did as they scrambled to save their Lietenunt who was almost dying on the floor. They were picked off by energy weapons as the squad of 6 Intel Agents had NVGs and could see them hiding but 4 out of the 6 did not make it as the nearly dead melting men charged them with their all and had almost killed them all. Then the 2 Agents who survived grabbed him the screams of his men in the background all dying, burning melting. They blindfold him, he is now in a Van speeding down a Highway dying from blood loss. His hands are melting due to the heat he just endured.
Bill Ron "What the fuck, you doing you cunts, you just killed 100 men for nothing? Have you no humanity? First Bloody Sunday and now this!"
Intel Agent 1 "Don't you call us cunts *Punches"
Intel Agent 2 "Don't rough him up to much, he is already on the verge of bloody death!"
Bill Ron "What the fuck was that for? *Spits at Intel Agent 1"

He is then extracted from the Van, taken on an Airplane where is recieves medical care. They used SCP 500 on him as he wouldn't live otherwise by order of the [Redacted] he is then Shipped off to the foundation where he is given two options.
GSD Captain "Bill, you have two options. You can either become a Class D personnel or GSD Cadet, the choice is yours. If you become a Class D you will most likely be killed within a week. Class D are mostly Deathrow inmates and war criminals. As we know, you are a terrorist but we think we can get more use out of you. If you become a GSD Cadet, you will live. That is all you have to know!"
Bill Ron thought hard, he knew he had no choice. Bill did not want to die, after all he has seen he will continue to persist against evil in all areas. But he thought long and hard, you see they knew it wouldn't be easy for him but they knew they'd break him eventually.
Bill Ron "I, have decided that I'd like to become a GSD cadet."
He had a rough start at first, this is a hard job and not easy to do. But Ron wanted to resist, these people had kidnapped him. Violated his human rights, killed an entire Platoon of men that he knew and loved. They forced him to work in a place where he is most likely to die an early grave. So, Bill organized a strike, then. When that failed he did a Hunger Strike, he Resisted at every level but eventually he was broken. He had given up on hope but he had decided to save as many good men as he could. After saving his Captain in D-Block on Operation [Cold Turkey] in which a his Captain was almost killed, screaming in pain he was dragged into Showers by two Class D Laughing. Bill Ron was on the verge of death his Torso full of Bullet Wounds, and after seeing this he was Pissed. He had lead a charge into Showers pushing into Showers and killing all the Class D attempting to keep his Captain hostage. His Captain had promoted him to the Rank of Officer for his clear Leadership during the events of that day. Bill Ron never even knew about RRT but he was requested to his Captains Office. At which point he got interviewed for RRT and had passed with flying colours knowing all of his CoE.
He got to know the Riot Response Team right after this, his SGT was the first person he had spoken to his name was Frederick. A British man Large bulky and with a beard normally Bill Ron would hate this man, but they became the best of friends. Frederick had grown up in a comfortable household, but eventually he joined UN PeaceKeepers, Frederick had passed his Training with flying Colours his Drill Instructors so impressed they made him the Rank CPL. During his time in Africa he was apart of the UN PeaceKeeper Force sent out there to deal with rising fears of a Conflict. An SCP 066 had breached during his visit there he was not apart of the GOC but during operation [Redacted] the foundations Intel was wrong and they thought that this UN PeaceKeeping Force was the GOC and had opened fire on them after they realized that they'd just opened fire on some innocent UN PeaceKeepers they'd attempted to get them to Surrender. But the PeaceKeeping Force wasn't having it and resisted, even though they were outgunned they fought back but they had to Surrender after their Week Long Siege as they were all Hungry, Tired, broken, injured, they had no more bullets to shoot. The Foundation realising how much they fucked up they covered this incident. All the men apart of the UN PeaceKeeping Force were sent to different Sites. RRT Officer Daniels is very rude, didn't listen to people and had only come into the RRT because his Father is apart of the Ethics Committee. Overall Bill Ron would make himself on what he thinks of Daniel and Daniel would show his affection back. Officer Jack was Polite, silent for the most part you knew he was focussed on the job at hand and he looked very introverted. Officer Steve was one of Bill Rons close friends. Steve had grown up in Sweden and had a rough upbringing. His parents were both Drug Addicts and they were incredibly Neglectful. The day he came into the Foundation was on [Redacted] Incident. An Image of SCP 096-2 has been found and it was the worst Breach of SCP 096 almost 1000 people had died and he was the only Survivor of that day. His Parents would keep him in the basement. So therefore on that day he was the only person in the entire town of 1000 people to survive. That day and when MTF E-11 has bust down that door. All they could see was him, frail. His Dignity had been taken, he was Broken he had clearly not eaten in weeks. immediately MTF E-11 SGT [Redacted] started crying at this sight he was looking at was tearing him apart. He knew, after all the horrors he had seen how could any of them top this? They had taken him in, saved his life and fed him. He was happy to be alive having an upbringing within the Foundation was tough though but he was well looked after and although no one could fill the hole lost. He grew up. Lived the rest of his Childhood in comfort in the Children Wing. Being Trained for RRT at the age of 22, he was one of RRTs youngest but by all means was he an amazing Officer. Bill Ron found friendship in all they had seen. Two completely different groups of people, but their Struggle was unmatched and this bond would save his life. A bond only so much suffering can bring, a bond they share together.
After recontaining an SCP he had then been promoted for putting his life on the line and rushing an SCP with a beam while shots rang out next to him, Bill by this point was badly injured but he picked up his beam. Gathered a group of men and setup an Advanced firing line, shots rang out people were dying and he had been hit multiple times. Bill Ron had never used a Beam before but he picked one up from a dying E-11 screaming out in pain. Rushed up to the SCP and Beemed him. The SCP Roared, screamed and hit anyone that got near him. He brought out his cuffs and put them on him but the SCP had taken a chunk out of his hip. He had collapsed. A Combat Medic had seen all of this and picked him up at once. Bill Ron wasn't going to die, but he sure felt like it.
Combat Medic Steve "You know, what you did out there might have saved 100s of lifes out there?"
Bill Ron "Yeah, thank you. I had to. I had just seen one of my best buddies in RRT well..."
Combat Medic Steve "I understand, was he..."
Bill Ron "Yeah."
An awkward silence comes over the two, the Combat Medic realizes what he did wasn't out of courage but Grief and loss. The man had gone insane seeing his RRT SGT die. After seeing this he had rushed at the SCP out of pure Grief and probably didn't expect to survive. The Combat Medic knowing attempted suicide is against the CoD and anyone found will a small Prison Time and for not telling them they'd be worse on him. But he had decided not to tell anyone...
Combat Medic Steve "Do you, want a Mental Evaluation?"
Bill Ron "No, no reason to burden others with my problems. I see no need in that"
Combat Medic Steve "Okay, just don't try and do such things again. I'm sorry for your loss!"
Bill Ron "Steve is that you?"
Combat Medic Steve "Yes, Frederick was a good man. He told me they never brainwashed him, he knew the GOC were bad. They focussed on destroying SCPs when they should've focussed on saving them but he also told me that the Foundation isn't any more Justified in their approach in doing these things."
Bill Ron "I know, but sometimes I just think why do we do this? At what cost is this justified, how many people must die? Why can't we just kill all of them why can't we just get rid of this burden on the why must we continue and suffer in the Dark while normal people live in the light?
Combat Medic Steve "I don't know..."
Steve is about to the leave the room but Bill cries out in pain, In Grief. the loss overcomes him and the Steve supports him and takes him in. He has seen multiple MTF, RRT even normal GSD but never has he seen someone as broken as him. But yet he refuses help? This Combat Medic knows this man is not normal by any means he is close friends with him, but never has he seen so much pain in a mans eyes.
Bill Ron has been forced to take a Medical Evaluation, Steve had spoken to his Chief of Medicine about this and had requested that this be forced onto him without his consent as he is in great need of it. During the Evaluation their conversation is [Redacted] like all of them are. We know they would've discussed his childhood and how he joined the IRA. But not much else is known. We don't know fully on what his thoughts were on the IRA, if he completely agreed with how they pushed their Message. We know he hated the violence, he was grown up a soldier watching Massacres on fold right in front of him. But having seen all of this he had grown sick of it. We also know that he wanted to leave at one point in time but he knew better then to do any such thing.
