Subject: Application towards a Ethics Committee Assistant
What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I know that I am a great candidate because of the amount of experience I held. Starting with ISD, in ISD I was able to get up to Commissioner twice where I helped the department through some strange times with the help of others. Here I managed to learn my basic skills in the server, leadership, teamwork and showing initiative. ISD also assisted me with my documentation work. Moving onto my experience as an OSA twice, where I expanded my skills of documents and started to learn a lot more of teamwork as I was working alongside A1 to carry out orders for the O5 and also to assist them with their duties. Being selected as -1 PA was also gave me my boost in confidence as I knew I was doing the right thing as an OSA. My main source of experience was when I was a site Manager, I learned a lot of skills from here. I joined when there was no SA besides me and another advisor and the help from FCOM. I manged to sort out systems to make sure SA would be able to run smoothly until we gout our new director and sort of rebuilt it. When I was promoted to Site Manager from my good work my duties expanded a lot more, from dealing and assisting with Advisors to creating new ideas or enforcing old ones. I am sure most of my colleagues from the days would be able to back me up in saying that I was a good member of SA. Now with all my experience I think I would be a perfect candidate.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Brayan Murry started work with the SCP Foundation in quiet determination and eagerness for adherence to procedure. He began as an Investigator. Reports about his abilities soon surfaced that he was the man who could see those patterns most usually missed by others, piecing together scattered reports, cross-referencing records, and spotting inconsistencies. When properly addressed, this would indicate much deeper problems within operations. Senior staff noticed his detailed work and calm disposition; he was promoted to Inspector within a few years.
In that position, Murry started getting famous for his calm ways of resolving extremely volatile situations. When conflicts between departments became intense, he could act as a mediator without pushing any side away from him, and thus earn the trust of Security Officers and Research Directors on both sides. His balanced approach to enforcement — firm when necessary but always rooted in fairness — made him a valuable asset. He finally got an appointment as Commissioner, in which he was supposed to have oversight over several departments simultaneously. It is at this point that he came up with the notion that leadership works best when it supports rather than controls those under its care.
Once Brayan Murry managed to apply and get accepted to join the Site Administration team he finally used this as an opportunity to excel and fly in his career. He managed to help rebuild SA from the ground and get it on hits legs again. Once in SA and after he was promoted to manager he started to gain a significant amount of weight which led to his obesity problem. This eventually led to Brayan getting in contact the the ethics committee to try and seek a solution. The solution was something that Brayan feared the most. A diet. Even in the presence of hearing that word Brayan was close to moving away until he was forced to go on one my the Ethics Committee. Overtime Brayan managed to loose his weight, leading to an increase in productivity in SA.
