I have 2 warnings for FailRP, one from when I had just re-joined the server in April which I don't remember the reason for and one warning from slightly after because I entered site as a civilian. I have since thoroughly read the rules and understand them.
What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I am applying for O5-6 because I would like to help oversee the site and help the foundation progress in any way I can, also from my experience in CL4 positions (Overseer Assistant, Exec) I am quite confident in overseeing what is happening on site.
Also as an Overseer Assistant I have taken quite an interest to the O5 council and since slightly after I got Assistant I was interested in applying.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I believe that I am the best candidate for O5-6 because of my past experience as an Executive researcher, where I was leading a lot of researchers but mainly from my experience as an Overseer Assistant where I learned a lot of the Council's Jobs and Procedures.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The responsibilities of the O5 Council members in RP are to Observe what is happening in the Departments that they oversee, and also to make changes to the Code of Conduct and ensure the Foundation's Security and Upkeep at all times.

Welcome authorized personnel.
One day Caeden Bowen an Overseer Assistant was tasked by O5-4 to oversee GENSEC and ensure that they are acting accordingly to the Code of Conduct, he was told to write a document for this task and return it to Floor 3 for O5-4.
Bowen spent all day disguised as a Senior Researcher pretending to write a document on an upcoming test when in fact he was writing a document on GENSEC and how they were doing, he had finished writing his document and begun to head up to Floor 3.
When he arrived on Floor 3 Bowen exited the lobby and went towards the O5's office to knock for them, when 2 individuals dressed in murky green clothes and gas masks came up behind him, got his attention and then pistol-whipped him, knocking him out.
When Bowen came to he was in a bunker surrounded by CI high command.
"Where am I" Bowen said
"You are in our bunker, we have a proposition for you." said one of the men.
"Who are you people?" Bowen asked calmly.
"I am Commander, these are the other members of the Chaos Insurgency, I have an offer that I don't think you will refuse" The Commander Said.
"And what would that offer be?" Bowen replied curiously.
"I will give you a position of Delta Commander in return for your complete and utter loyalty, but if you deny the offer you wont be here to see tomorrow." The Commander said.
"That isn't going to happen, Id rather die loyal to my foundation than live as one of you."
"Very well" The Commander Replied as he nodded to one of his men.
The man he nodded to pulled out a pistol and proceeded to shoot Bowen 6 times in the chest.
*Bowen opens his eyes panicked the 6 members of the Council standing in front of him. *
"Hello Bowen" The council member in the middle said.
"H-H-Hello, Sir, What just happened?" Bowen said confused.
"You were placed into a simulation so we could test your loyalty" the same man replied.
"You passed that loyalty test." Another overseer says.
"We would like to offer you a position in the foundation that not many people have the chance to be offered." The first man replies.
"What is that position, Sir?" Bowen Asks curiously.
"We would like you to be a member of the O5 council." Another man replies.
"Will you take it?" The original man asks.
"Yes, Sir! Of course." Bowen replies enthusiastically.
"Good, you will learn more about us as time goes on. Now go get some rest, you will need it." Another man in the background says.
