Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I will not lie, I was given verbal warnings for different things, failRP was one of them as I didn't really grasp the fact that we play as teams versus teams and chef/other site personnel cannot cooperate with Class-D personnel to any extent, and must be loyal to the SCP Foundation or else it is failRP and an OOC issue.
I was simply told to not cooperate with Class-D and learned from that (No official !warnings were given) I'd like to thank the staff that took their time to explain to me why certain rules are in place and their exact meaning. (This is not something that should be taken for granted)
I promise that given the chance to join the staff team and be put in a trial moderator position I will follow the rules to the letter and preform my duties to the best of my abilities.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
Yes, I was staff on many servers throughout my life;
I was an operator on the largest CW:GTA RP & HL2RP, from 2014-to their closure.
I was a super-admin/admin on many HL2RP servers.
I was a super-admin on a large-scale old 2014 darkrp server.
And many other places where I served other purposes such as being a simple moderator or a gamemaster, mainly serious roleplay servers though.
All servers with their names disclosed above have been closed since.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
Yes I do, I played mostly on serious roleplay servers since 2014, HL2RP & Metro2033RP text based roleplay servers, as well as 1944RP servers and others.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
I currently work as an IT Specialist hence I spend most of my day at work...I finish work at 5 pm, and I am usually able to log on from 7pm to 10pm (+2GMT), on weekends I can be on all weekend sometimes as I usually spend my weekends studying and playing vidya.
Once a week I work from home and can log on for an extra hour or two as usually there's not much work.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
I believe the server can use someone like, I also like the server and wish to give my part to it by helping players and enforcing the rules, I feel like sometimes the server is short-staffed and another helping hand may be welcoming.
I also enjoy being a staff member and helping around the server, it brings me a certain satisfaction, I've been doing this kind of job for years and rarely do I get burnt out.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I believe that I am very experienced with moderation and being a staff member on Gmod servers, I have been playing this game since 2011 and have gathered almost 10,000 hours on it, from which I would like to believe at least 3/4 are when I am part of a staff team on at least one given server.
I am experienced with moderation tools like ULX, and I am able to learn quickly.
I am mature, calm, understanding, empathic and an owner of the most important thing for staff members : common sense.
I am able to differentiate between malicious players and players who simply made a mistake.
I am professional in my work, I never argue for the sake of arguing and I am always first to get another opinion and ask questions, eager to learn.
I truly enjoy what the server has to offer and feel like I would be a great fit in the staff team.
I have a very deep understanding of the staff book, its rules and the rules of the server. I understand why certain rules are in place, their role and the way the should be enforced together with what punishments should be given for breaking them.
I am willing and able to working independently but also in cooperation, I enjoy communicating with other staff and learning from them and believe that is the best way to move forward aside investing time and energy into your role.
I am able to speak and write properly in English, with an understandable accent, I am also able to speak Hebrew, Russian and partial Georgian.
I would like to again mention I have made mistakes on the server in the past week and have learned from them, I ask that you do not judge me by those mistakes as I do not plan on repeating them.
I would be happy to discuss any questions that may be raised in the replies here or through voice chat.
