Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I have always had a deep affection for GENSEC, considering it my favorite department. However, I can't help but notice several areas that could use improvement. Playing my part in GENSEC has always been a source of enjoyment for me. I've had the privilege of meeting some exceptional individuals, and I enjoy conducting sweeps and tryouts. I firmly believe that striving to become the position of Chief of Security would not only enhance my personal career within the GSD but also contribute significantly to the advancement of Site 65 as a whole.

What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
I am confident that I am well-suited for the role of Chief of Security for several reasons. Firstly, I possess the ability to identify and address the shortcomings within GSD, along with new ideas to rectify them. I believe my skill set is well-aligned with the improvements required in GSD. Moreover, my impartial judgment is valuable, particularly when it comes to evaluating and onboarding new Captains. I genuinely enjoy mentoring and assisting newcomers, whether it involves teaching a new Captain the responsibilities of their role or teaching a cadet on how to put a gun on safety and use comms, among other essential skills. In addition to my mentoring capabilities, I bring strong managerial and documentation skills to the table. I understand the importance of development and ensuring that procedures are well-documented for new recruits of the department. Furthermore, I take the principles of maturity and professionalism seriously, which are vital attributes for a leadership role like Chief of Security.
