What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: I believe I am a suitable candidate for Overseer Assistant because of my experience within the UNGOC. I am experienced in taking, giving, forwarding and enforcing orders. I am mature, active and trusted with responsibilities. I have great communication and organization skills. I am able to take in advice and implement it. I have great decision making skills, being able to think about the long term effects on little changes. I also genuinely want to improve the site making it better for new and experienced personnel.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Enforcing Orders: Overseer Assistants follow and enforce the orders of the Overseer Council.
Representing: Overseer Assistants represent the Overseer Council at meetings as they are very busy.
Enforcing Code of Conduct: Overseer Assistants ensure that all foundation personnel are following the Code of Conduct.
Investigating: Overseer Assistants can be tasked to investigate and gather evidence of internal and external incidents.
Commanding The Foundation: When no other CL4 personnel are on site Overseer Assistants have to organize and give assignments to foundation personnel.
Authorising AA: Overseer Assistants are trusted with authorising Advanced Armoury for MTF forces during containment breaches.
Creating RP: Overseer Assistants hold a very important part in creating and maintaining RP.
Order MTF Alpha 1: Overseer Assistants can order and organize MTF Alpha 1 when under the orders of the Overseer Council.
