Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
After being a Director of Research for almost three months now I fell like I need some change in Senior CL4 position, becoming Site Advisor would help my further progression within the ranks of the foundation. I want to get more experience in managing the site from the position within Site Administration, I find the role of Site Administration very interesting and intriguing at the same time. I know how they operate from the outside eye, but I would love to get to know it from the inside out as a Site Advisor.
Furthermore, I would love to overview other departments with a fair and just monthly reviews, I would like to see them grow better each month. This role offers me an opportunity to help them achieve the best shape they could be in, by giving them advice and leading them towards the perfect state.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- I possess excellent skills in document writing, having crafted a substantial number of high-quality documents, including ten at the CL4+ level.
- I am experienced as a Senior Cleareance Level 4 position.
- I always behave professional while on duty.
- I am always willing to help other people if they need it.
- I am not lazy and will get planned stuff done asap.
- I am very active on site.
- I love creating/participating in various RP scenarios.
- I feel like I am very recognizable person on the server.
- I got experience in various roles such as Research Department/Combative Departments (E-11,A-1 and O-1), and I am an Ethics Committee Assistant, this will help me to get a better understadning and be more open-minded during reviews.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration plays crucial role in the Foundation, due to their high rank in the Chain of Command, where only Ethics Committee and Overseer Council, or their Assistants under orders are the only higher ranking personnel. With this rank comes a great responsibility, which I am more than pleased to accept.
- Site Administration manages the Site's personnel making sure that they are conducting their duties to the highest standards. They are ensuring that everyone is following various department policies.
- Site Administration is also responsible for authorizing usage of Advanced Armory for MTF's to make sure that a dangerous breach will be dealt with as soon as possible.
- They are ensuring connection with various Groups of Interest's, such as different agreements/contracts/settlements and arrangements. They are responsible for creating passive treaties and between the Foundation and the GoI. They make sure that relations will not be broken or that the Foundation will step into the war with neutral factions by default.
- They are also responsible for creating monthly reviews which summarizes each department's state, which should lead to improvement in reviewed department.
- They must make sure to always be available for contact, if any personnel on site needs it.
- They also authorize sweeps if there is no Gensec Department CL4 on site.
