Why are you applying for Security Captain?
-I want to help improve D block security by properly teaching and guiding gensec members on appropriate procedures. I'm Active on the server a lot and so would like to have level 4 responsibilities to gain experience.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
-I believe myself to be good at instructing and I also wish to care for new/inexperienced players and help them not only learn how to play their job properly but to also have fun doing so. I own both HWL and RRT licenses and have a lot of free time that I can spend helping people or keeping order in D-Block.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
-keeping order in D-Block, doing sweeps when necessary, positioning gensec to stations when needed, doing training, doing tryouts for HWL and RRT licenses, crediting gensec when doing their jobs properly like escorting and protecting researchers during tests, job banning gensec members who are not doing their job right and harassing people, and keeping D-Block safe.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jack Kincaid grew up in a small town in the Midwest. His childhood was unremarkable, but he always had a strong sense of duty and a desire to protect others. After high school, he joined the military and served several tours of duty overseas. During his time in the military, Jack demonstrated exceptional bravery and leadership skills, earning several commendations and promotions.
After leaving the military, Jack was recruited by the SCP Foundation for his combat experience and leadership abilities. He started as a General Security cadet, working his way up through the ranks to become a Sergeant. In his time with the Foundation, Jack proved himself to be a capable and effective sergeant, handling dangerous and unpredictable anomalies with ease.
During a military operation to contain a dangerous anomaly, Jack found himself trapped with three other people in a high-risk situation. Without hesitation, he risked his own life to save theirs, using his training and experience to navigate the dangerous environment and lead them to safety. His actions were commended by his superiors, and Jack was later awarded a medal of valor for his bravery.
Despite the danger and uncertainty of working for the SCP Foundation, Jack remains dedicated to his work and is committed to protecting humanity from the anomalous. His leadership skills and bravery make him an invaluable asset to the Foundation and a hero to his fellow gensec members.
