Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
i am applying for the position of site advisor for the following reasons:
Expanding my duties:
i really do want to expand my influence around site and be able to oversee
multiple departments and be able to give my point of view, assistance
and leadership to more then one departments.
while those are things i can do and am doing as an ECA i do believe ill be able
to do it more efficiently and with a larger effect as a site advisor.
Climbing the ranks:
another reasoning for me applying to the position of site advisor
is the rank, i am aiming to (hopefully) join site command one day
and in order to be able to do that i have to acquire more
experience as a role with more responsibility.
it is important for me to note i am not treating this role a
stepping stone alone, i have respect for the work site
administration is doing, and wish to be able to be a part of it.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
1. Diplomacy - since advisors are expected to interact with site personnel, its a given they should be able to be converse with people in a diplomatic and efficient manner, my interactions with other foundation personnel do show that i in fact am able to do so.
2. De-escalation, similar to other administrative positions on site, advisors are expected to do their best to keep the onsite tension at a low level, as an example, my interactions with others rarely lead to confrontation as i know how to communicate the aftermath of a situation in a way that'll cause the least amount of further escalation.
3. Clear and concise Documentation, while my documents may not be world class, they are rather well built, and from the feedback i have gotten, i do believe i hold this criteria.
4. Being observative, seeing as you have to report back to the administration and command, you have to be able to gather information from your surroundings, my previous experience as ECA/ISD/GSD shows i check this box.
5. Naturality, its important for an advisor to be natural regarding to their work, and not let personal opinions effect their choices, lets say not let a department's reputation taint the reports being made regarding them.
6. Professionalism, seeing as advisors are a rather high ranking figure in the foundation, its expected of them to show the highest level of professionalism, seeing they are the face that people see that represents the administration around site, such quality is one i believe and hope i hold up.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site advisor specifics: | CL4 specifics:
1. Managing the site in times of crisis: | Weather it be the authorization of advanced armory, the initiation of a code black, or declaring a site wide lockdown, site administration is tasked with managing the site in times of crisis, could be code 1 to 5 or black, unless overruled by a higher ranking individual its your responsibility. | 8. Upholding departmental standards: | while not in a specific department, you do oversee some departments, and as a part of that, you are also expected to uphold the department to the same standards you hold yourself to. |
2. Authorizing sampling documents for: MTF regiments: | seeing as the committee/O5 works with the departments on site, site admin usually works with the regiments (seeing they also appoint Nu-7/E-11 lieutenant commanders and commanders), and so, when either the committee, O5 or the MTF regiments request a sampling authorization, they go to you due to the command branches not being able to authorize it for themselves and the regiments not having the ability to do so. | 9. Handling CL4 information breaches: | seeing you are a senior CL4, you have access to much more information then the rest of the personnel on site, and so its expected youll assist with information breaches and their management. |
3. Acting as a liaison between site command/administration and lower clearance individuals: | as a lower ranking site administration but still a high ranking foundation personnel, you can be expecting to be instated as a liaison between the higher ranking personnel and the rest of the site. still being close to the boots on the ground and being a part of the higher ranking branches makes you a great pick to act a liaison. | 10. Opening CL4 doors in times of crisis: | CL4 doors such as the electrical center in LCZ or HCZ, or the blast doors across site, or even the emergency operations center might become key points during times of crisis, and seeing your CL4 access its obvious you are the one who should assist with what you can regarding this matter. |
4. Monitoring various departments and reporting back to site administration/command: | if you wish to be able to advise the site administration and command you have to be in contact with the site, for this reason and for the administration and command to be able to keep track of whats going on with the individual personnel on site, you can and will be tasked with keeping track of various departments across site's progress with the goals set by their leadership and the administration/command and reporting back. | 11. acting as a role model to lower clearence personnel: | due to you being a high ranking personnel, its not out of no where that people look up to you, because of that its expected of you to keep yourself to the same standards you hold others to, seeing people might see you as a role model. |
5. Upholding the FLC: | due to your affiliation with site administration and closeness with site command, its not out of nowhere you would be expected to enforce the FLC. | 12. [Senior CL4] Declaring a code black: | as a site administration member and as a senior CL4 personnel, if you see fit a code black can be called in order to save what is possible from what ever is going on. |
6. Initiation of projects [RP Creation]: | seeing you are now a senior CL4 position, its much more expected of you to create new and engaging RP scenarios and enforcing good spirited RP.
7. Advising site administration/command about ongoing projects with real time information: | as stated in the name, you are an advisor, advising the higher ups with the information you gathered as a part of your job. making sure that your higher up's decisions are balanced with whats going on. |

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jacob's lore | Pt-2 |
he was sitting in core sector, taking care of some documents regarding a tribunal when he heard a loud sound that seemed like it came from behind him. *BANG* a shot, a distinct sound of a high caliber weapon being fired ringed through out the sector, he quickly ducked, thinking it was a d class on the loose or maybe CI, after not seeing any report in the comms, he called ISD over. "Shots fired inside core sector! sounds like it came from the tribunal area!" after ISD came, and got the gist of what happened, they went in, seeing the now dead advisor, advisor ███████ has been shot, an absolutely brutal shot to the chest area, leaving his body slanted against the tribunal's printer "Advisor down!" he yelled into the comms device with an urgent voice, the reality of the situation dawning on him. about an hour later, after the body was recovered and the situation calmed down, he sat down on the CCTV control room, watching in disbelief as someone that had to be an A-1 was seen walking into the tribunals area with the advisor, followed by the A-1 walking out, with what looked like a splatter of blood on his uniform. after contacting A-1, and finding out the reason for the murder, he was still shook nonetheless, but at least his question was answered. About a week later, a message was sent to all CL4 personnel, explaining the situation and what is probably the meat of the meal, a new advisor position was opened. although it felt like using a bad situation for personal gain, jacob insisted on applying for advisor, vowing to himself to at least attempt to do better, or at least be good enough to not get killed. the next few days after he was talking with consultant mheeb about something unimportant when he got a push on his comms device, he pulled it up, seeing a direct line from the site director "hey jacob, please come to my office once available" he shrugged before saying goodbye to mheeb and walking off, passing through PW and getting to the director's office "Requested to see me?" i knocked before walking in the conversation went on for a while, eventually coming to a peak when the director dropped the bomb. he slid the advisor application form that jacob filled towards him "can we take you up on that?" |
