Who did you carry out the level 1 appeal to, and where: Hitman though discord.
What is the case against you?: The reasons behind this are not due to your performance in medical roleplay as stated in the meeting between yourself and myself and Kayla. The inability to continue with roleplay when approached about your behaviour in-character was concerning. Every time your behaviour was addressed in an in-character way it would go out-of-character and sometimes brought to you reporting the person for targeting. Some of the behaviour you were doing would have been brought into a staff sit and warned (Mixing).

What is your side of the story?: I understand that some of my actions were not the best and I should have thought more about what I was doing and how to Roleplay with said actions and I acknowledge that is my mistake.
When playing i was detained for a Dclass being in ethics waiting area while having a gun, I was not aware of this gun as it is not a consultants job to gun check a Dclass that would be whoever gave them the work permit, along with this work permit they were give clearance by an assistant to continue their work as needed and give a cl1 card.

Now seeing as this was the case i assumed that wait for a second work permit to be signed off by the same assistant would have been fine but waiting there it a O-1 came in and weapon checked this Dclass and found a gun to which i was surprised and so was the D class we were then cuffed by this o-1 and then i was arrested for this, I didn't see why i was arrested for this and tried to find out why to which i didn't get a solid reason.
I continue to RP on the server as usual and it goes to the next day. I logged into the game to give someone some items that they wanted so I waited outside of medbay for this. As i am waiting a D class on a medical work permit comes up to me and askes me how i am doing i ask them about how their work is going and if they are doing fine, the same O-1 who arrested me yesterday goes to weapon check the d class as i am leaving medbay this dclass then pulls out a gun and kills the O-1 and one of the 2 other doctors that are also in medbay i heal the downed doctor then revive the o-1 and go about what i was going to do i walk up to the holding cell room and see who is being arrested cuz i am quite nosey and want to see what's going on the o-1 i just revived comes and finds me arrests me and says ur coming with me to which i react in a negative way as i don't see why he would arrest me and after what just happen yesterday i seen this as something that wasn't just an IC issue, as i am being taken to the o-1 bunks and while i am in bunks being questioned i am quite annoyed by it as i didn't see why he couldn't have just asked who signed off the work permit or find a Gensec captain to question about it since they are the ones who sign off on work permits.
As i am being questions there i am trying to break my cuffs so i am not arrested as i don't feel i need to be cuffed and then says he will just assume i am guilty and shoot me in an aggressive manner to which i didn't like and seeing as i felt personally picked out i said i will call an admin to which he laughed at me and said go on in a condescending manner along with this is an IC issue stop crying and claimed that i ‘have a history now, i have seen u do it again’ after these comments i did not want to continue the role play and continued to be told false truths about what i had and was doing and having my roleplay hijacked and made into something it wasn't made me upset and annoyed. An ethics member was with us at the time and they told me to ‘drop the attitude‘ and ‘to not assume that he hates me’ i didn't assume this, i also told them that if this was anyone else that i wouldn't have reacted the way i did to the roleplay. Now getting emotional and annoyed / upset maybe i could have done something different or just not reacted. When being seen by another consultant and researcher and cm as i was being dragged back to medbay the o-1 proceeded to keep making the comments of ‘ you can be as mad as you want to be’ and ‘someone's a little mad’ the comment i said in response was ‘ i don't care you’re just on a ego trip’ now that comment can be seen as uncalled for but as i was being treated with a lot of hostility both times with this o-1 i let it slip, i then reported the whole issue to an admin as i genuinely felt targeted and as if it was unfair to which said admin agreed with me and said it seemed a bit suspicious and that if any other issue come up to report them to him which thankful nothing did happen and the rest of the day was issue free.
After this issue i felt very anxious and upset about playing seeing as if i am going to be targeted for these issue then playing won't be fun at all, Assassin an Kayla then had a meeting about said issue and proceeded to say that assassin wouldn't let anyone that would cause such issues into his squad and that if i had issues of this to talk to her or assassin about it. This meeting made me feel as if the issues I had were not taken seriously so to solve the issue myself I then proceeded to avoid rp with this O-1.
The second issue that I know of was acting OOC in game. When a CI member asked in OOC for a consultant and offered x amount of money for someone to bring them to him, I was like, "I want that money let's go. Now at the time i didn't know this was treason RP i thought it would be a fun little Hostage RP and seeing as it was 2am i thought it would be as harmful as if it was peak hours, this was my mistake i now know that.

Now after heading up to surface This Ci member logged off the server so me and the consultant just collected chems and talked for a bit, then we were greeted by a GOC and talked to him about this ooc thing we did, seeing as it was 2am i seen this as just a little bit of fun and that we were just gonna go back after it, part of this conversation was clipped and take out of context to be seen as if it was an IC action and that it was more malicious than it was when we explained what happened to Kayla she proceeded to say i will just warn you about this and that is it, and wouldn't have warned me as an admin because i didn't know it was treason RP. I have yet to receive a warning on my account for this, if it was a big issue then it could have been a warning in a staff sit i would have understood.
This was then brought into a pre-Trial RP situation and when talking to the ethics member who is handling it i asked if i could take a charge off as it was ooc i could email them about it to which they said no and i just dropped it and continued about my day and didn't bring it up in any other RP with it.
Throughout this whole process i have not received any mentor ship i was meant to from Kayla or Hitman the interaction with both of them was kept to a minimal, i was not asked to update them on my progress or given any kind of warnings for any other issue, to them have it brought up and to go from a warning to on thin ice to demoted in the span of 2 days seems very fast.
Over the past week I have felt very anxious to partake in roleplay with specific people and I don't want to feel this way when playing on a server. I usually find it fun.

- Improving Roleplay Interaction: I will focus on enhancing my roleplay with others, ensuring it remains within character and constructive.
- Avoiding OOC Discussions: I will refrain from OOC conversations during roleplay, using LOOC or Discord for necessary communications.
- Reporting Issues Appropriately: If I feel targeted, I will report the behaviour to Kayla or Hitman and allow them to handle the situation.
- Seeking Mentorship: I will actively seek guidance and feedback from mentors to improve my performance and understanding of server rules.
