What is your side of the story?: There are a TON of things that I'd like to point out, all packed in a google doc that I'd prefer to privately send to SL. A few bits are in the denied L2 appeal, but is not my full side of the story. My discord is costin_dev

Hello @J. 'Cubic' H.
Thank you for taking the time to make a level three appeal.

After reading through your extensive google document where you compiled all evidence submitted to you by DoISD Broda and the evidence you gathered yourself I will start by listing off the points.

Your only and constant argument was comparing yourself to other Commissioners which is irrelevant as this is directed to you, and even if they have done nothing or the bare minimum, that doesn't change the fact that you didn't even hit the bare minimum that he expected. Even if you think others are failing to do their jobs, doesn't mean the quality or standards expected of people who hold that rank get lowered. Disciplinary for other Commissioners is not your concern and disciplinary takes place one person at a time, not dropping the entire leadership of a department at once, unless absolutely dire.

You gave a list of what you've done during your time within ISD and the most significant thing listed was 3 RPs logged in the entirety of your time during ISD, other than that it's making a document that's already established and made look better (with spacings) and doing normal in game interactions with players which is expected for every single player in the community.

You've made it clear with your behaviour and conduct that you believe you are in no fault and have consistently pushed blame with a rhetoric that you're being targeted by the Directors but have yet to provide us with evidence or examples of this bias/targeted hatred.



Respectfully aswell, threatening to quit and leave the server for something not going your way shows an entitled attitude which we are disappointed in seeing and that has no place within the server.

Taking all of this into account, SSL has thoroughly discussed your appeal looking at all pieces of evidences you submitted and submitted by others involved in this decision, and have deemed it a valid and justified demotion.

Based on the above, the demotion will remain and you may not appeal this again.
