I believe I am the best candidate for the Ethics Committee Assistant position due to my extensive experience with the FLC in roles such as Overseer Assistant, IA agent, and Omega-1. Being a part of Omega-1, I frequently interact with individuals involved in ethics-related positions like ECA, ECM, and ECC, which has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the duties expected of an ECA. Additionally, my CL4 experience in multiple roles has given me a clear understanding of the boundaries and limitations of a CL4. I have held the position of Executive Researcher since April 16th. Furthermore my commitment to professionalism is shown with my role as a Senior Moderator, this can ensure that I will not be a liability to the Ethics Committee.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
The main responsibilities of ECA are:
- Ensure compliance with and propose enhancements to the Foundation Legal Codex to create greater inclusivity.
- Actively monitor departmental activities.
- Assist Site Administration with department reviews.
- Help Foundation members improve their abilities by giving them tips on how to improve.
- Dealing with any problems inside the facility.
- Attend meetings with high-ranking Foundation members like Site Administration and Department leaders.
- Receive and complete orders given by ECMs.
- Report any issues inside the facility to ECMs.
- Permitting the entry of MC&D and Rangers inside the facility.
- Issue orders to Nu-7 GA operatives when there is a need for an escort.
- Issuing orders to GENSEC or MTF during difficult times in the facility, such as a breach or hostage situation, and authorizing AA if needed.
- Write documents about the Site's activity and any major events inside the facility.
- Containing site info-breaches that have or will compromise the site's security.

Entry History: Not much is known about McMuffin's past, except that after leaving high school he immediately joined the Canadian Military. After 14 years of service he gained the rank of Lieutenant-General, commanding multiple people and doing many top secret missions. However, while he was sleeping at a military camp, he was abducted and woke up in a white padded room, where he could see the words "SCP Foundation Secure. Contain. Protect." written on one of the walls. After awakening, he was escorted by heavily armed guards to an interrogation room.

Foundation History :After joining the Foundation McMuffin assumed the role of a Nu-7 Command Sergeant, leading multiple personnel in neutralizing Chao Insurgency threats that infiltrated the facility. He excelled in his duties within Nu-7 and eventually was consideration for positions within Alpha-1 and Omega-1. Following his regular duties in Nu-7, he was once again taken and brought before the Omega-1 Commander. After undergoing interrogation for nearly an hour he was accepted into Omega-1, where he now serves the Ethics Committee and their interests
