I have read through this application and I do see a lot of promises which I relatively trust you to work along with , however.
I have concerns namely; The fact that I don't see much RP Creation from you for lower rankings. Which while is not entirely expected of the Chief Overseer, I would like and love to see RP be given to lower ranks as the induction of people into High RP environments is low on this server.
If you are attempting to " Fix RP " I would like you to take a more ground up approach towards it. Focusing on providing a fun experience not just to yourself & your counter-parts. But those who are below you.
You could do this through all manner of things such as including CL1s & 2s on O5 Related RP ( within reason ). Additionally, I myself as the UNGOC GEN would like to ask what would your Character be like towards external relations specifically towards non-hostile factions such as MC&D, GOC & Event Factions. ( Such as the United States Paranatural Warfare Command )
If you do in-fact become -1 which I do not doubt you will, I would prefer that we have an actual sit down on how you want GOC - F relations to go. As in; Would you prefer a hostile GOC who attempts to get a hand over the Foundation or Would you like a more passive GOC that assists with testing, Containment & the odd Campaign against CI.

Yesterday afternoon, I had a long chat with Athena about how she plans to improve SOP and what she plans to do if she gets O5-1 (High chance she will). I can confidently say that without a doubt, she is going to be an incredible -1 and has amazing plans for my regiment and others. When she was Chairwoman, I heard she did a lot of amazing RP and was constantly promoting more.
I can easily say that she is by far the best (and likely only) candidate for O5-1 currently.
Another aspect is the fact that she has promised to focus on using her GM powers to massively promote rp.
Also, we have played as the Shanghai Social Credit score bank before and removed all of Tommy Lee's social credit score in ts. It was very funny.
