• i see you frequently active on the server as OSA + decent CL4 experience, however virtually no snr CL4 experience, bit of a jump from your current experience, to O5; this is a massive jump in duties that i don't quite think you're ready for, but i think you're reasonable and responsible enough to be allowed to learn this on the job/maybe help. i like seeing new blood given a chance as opposed to having all the experience stagnate with other people who may otherwise be fit for the position, but have been in high & comparable positions before.

- Communitcation between O5 and A1 is key, if an O5 can't/doesn't like to talk with the people that are around 24/7 it could lead to problematic Situations.
If you dont want to use your Mic, you shouldnt be in a O5 position, In my opinion

In regards to this, it is something i am working on. The reason for not using my mic often is due to other stuff that goes on in my house that isnt good if it was overheard. However I have recently gotten a better mic to sort this and am going to start using it more frequently when it arrives which should be within the next week or so.
