Well developed application, you were a very good ECM when I was the Ethics Director. You always pushed yourself.

However, I will be brutally honest, your retention is not great, you seem to hop regiment to regiment/Role to role a lot. If you were to be successful there is an expectancy you won't repeat this behaviour.
