Hello, Otters I will be giving you a +Support because you were and are one of the best ECMs I've seen personally. You communicated with my department during a time of great stress, and even though I admittedly treated you like dirt you understood that I was emotional and held no resent towards me. you were an incredible ECA and was able to jump from a junior CL4 position to ECM. Which is an achievement in of itself and you deserved it. I have incredible memories of you, and the feedback you gave me was constructive in a way that helped me improve my personnel documentation without being rude.

I'd like to Thank you 'Otters' for the time you spent as an ECA/ECM and I hope you get accepted as you are beyond qualified for the role!
