Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I have received one warning for FearRP. This warn was issued by Ben D and it was a valid one. I was a D-Class, disguised as an IA Agent. I was in Security Sector being held at gunpoint by 2 people, forcing me to show my keycard. At that time I was in a rush, so without thinking twice I pulled out a M60 and I shot towards them, luckly not killing either of them. Afterwards, I got pulled into a sit and got issued this warning. After thinking about it, I realized my mistake and since then I have not done this again and have had multiple RP situations where I complied when being held at gunpoint.

What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
- I am applying for the Ethics Committee Member position. One of the biggest reasons on why I am applying for this position is, because I personally feel like I have what it takes to be a good Ethics Member. I want to take the next step in gathering experience on the server, which I believe this position will help me with that. I also want to make sure that there is an Ethics Member availalbe at all times, which I belive I can achieve due to me spending alot of my time on the server.

What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
- I belive I make a good candidate for a couple of reasons:

1. I personally believe I am an approachable individual. Whenever someone requires assistance, I am not afraid to help out. I can easly communicate with other people and I do this in a professional and friendly way.

2. I am a friendly individual. I always make sure to be extremely professional and polite to other people to show respect. I believe this is a important quality, since people need help from Ethics almost daily.

3. I am extremely active and motivated. I spend roughly 6-8 hours a day, if not more playing on the server. I am extremely motivated to help out whenever I can and to ensure that everything is going smoothly.

4. I have experience as an Ethics Assistant. Out of all the roles I have held or currently hold, I have been the most active as an Ethics Assistant and have learned alot from doing so. During the time I have spend on this role, I have learned many things ranging from what the Committee does, to approaching departments to ask them about their problems.

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
- In RP, the Ethics Committe, together with the 05 Council, run the facility. The Committee both create and enforce the CoE, ensuring that all departments and personell are aware of the CoE, alongside the CoC and LC. Together with the 05 Council, the Committee overviews all departments to ensure they run smoothly. Lastly, the Committee approves and authorizes a couple of things, such as:
Call Code Blacks/Detonate the Alpha Warhead if a SCP Breach gets out of hand and ERT has failed.
Authorize 008/914/Keter - Keter crosstests or tests.
Authorize Advanced Armory if a breach is getting out of hand, but not as bad.
If needed, authorize Mass Termination of D-Class during a breach.

Other than applications, the Ethics Committee also change the CoE if needed, make sure departments are run smoothly with the help of the 05 Council and ensure that everyone is informed about any changes.

Name: 'Otters'
Occupation: Site-65 Ethics Committee Assistant

Backstory: Not much is known about 'Otters'. He was born in a small town located in the Netherlands. This town was well known for its overpopulation of Otters, therefore his codename. At the age of 18, 'Otters' enlisted in the Royal Dutch Air Force, where he served 5 years. During his 5 years, he reached the rank of Commander and gained alot of respecct from his enlisted and officers. During one of his missions, 'Otters' got heavly injured and got put on LOA. At this point, he decided to resign from the Military and went to chase a diffrent career path. 'Otters' heard rumors about a Foundation and Anomalies. He did some research and found Site-65. This site peaked his intrests and shortly after applying, he got a job as a GENSEC Cadet. During his time, he started to form a big respect for the Code of Ethics, ensuring that he followed everything written inside of it. He slowly progressed through the rankings, eventually joining the legendary MTF unit Epsilon-11 'Nine Tailed Fox'. He was in this Regiment for only 3 days when he got taken at his post by MTF █-█. Shortly after being taken, he enlisted in the secret MTF Regiment named █-█. During his time in █-█, he learned alot about the Ethics Committee, their purpose and what they did. After enlisting for over a month, he decided to apply for Ethics Committee Assistant and got this position. He started to get well known around the facility as a chill and friendly guy, being respected for his dedication towards the site...

Furthermore your application and lore is VERY short for a SC application it looks like it took you 5 minutes in total... and the lore is not very accurate. Have you even heard of the veil? What are these "rumours" of a foundation LMAO

Otters is an absolute pleasure to play alongside and would in the future make an excellent Ethics member, But the real issue is the lack of Senior CL4 experience. I highly reccomend going for Site Advisor or similar first.

As a side note to this my personal opinion and what I’ve heard from others within ECM roles themselves is becoming an assistant is the main if only way to reach member, he may have little CL4 experience but that is easily fixed with a bit longer as an assistant

Otters I think you should personally withdraw this application. The format you have chosen needs to be improved as blue questions with blue answers make it difficult to read the application and your lore as well as CL4 senior experience are lacking.

You should either spend much more time as an Assistant and ask for more responsibilities to prove your worth or apply for a senior role. These are both excellent ways to gain some management experience. In your case, I think the latter would be better.​

Otters is more than capable to handle the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee Member (ECM) position. He is knows the Code of Ethics very well and he has proved himself that he has the skillsets necessary to hold this high-up position.​

He is extremely active. I always see him walking around the facility - with his stinky O-1 Escorts - and I always see him assisting others. Whenever there is a call for Ethics, Otters jumps to help immediately.​

I don't usually respond or give feedback or applications of these things but, this was so awful to read, do you understand anything about the SCP universe? It just seems like you did the bare minimum of research and called it a day.

Otters, you are a great guy as others have mentioned, however, I just canot give this a support as much as I want to, the lore, to be honest, is shit. I wished you had sent me a preview of it so I could have assisted and given some feedback before you posted this. Don't feel bad about this, this is something you learn over time and improve upon, I will mentioned thiis more in my comments further.

Pros:

+ Great Person + Been a ECA for a while. + Nothing bad to mention about activity. + Nothing bad to mention about ingame actions.

Cons:

- Little experience in managing departments. - As others have mentioned, the lore for a SC assplication is lacking. It feels as if you have not read anything about the SCP foundation before, the notes are listen below -- You don't just "look up" the SCP foundation. -- You never mentioned anything about being an Ethics Comittie Assistant, a big + within your application. -- It just feels, unfinished, like you just posted it without any thought. - Being compleatly honest, there are better applications at this point in time.

Overall, I wish you luck on your application, but don't hold your breath for it.

The reason I am giving you a "Heavy Support" is because not only have I seen you on the job, I have had [Very good RP] with you. I have shown you Documents that I am working on for GSD in game and have had Multiple meetings In-Game with you as an RRT SGT. I have shown you a lot explaining everything about GSD our meetings taking anywhere from 20-30 minutes and all of that you have been patient and you've been understanding. Not only that, you main Ethic Assistant and by all means have more then Enough CL4 Experience to become an Ethic Member and I'd love to see you as an Ethic Member as I personally feel you have what it takes. And although there are better "Applications" out at this current time no one has the skill set nor the straight up kindness that you have. You're Pleasant to talk to and a real asset to the foundation as a whole.
I am going to explain why I have giving you a Heavy Support:

-Active always on the server, just doesn't stop even attempting to spend all nighters on the server as an Ethic Assistant;
-Very good RP some of the best I've had with anyone on the server, this man RPs good;
-Productive, this man gets shit done all the time he is doing something or speaking to someone he is just always helping out;
-CL4 Experience, although he has not held a Senior CL4 posistion in my opinion this does not matter I also think that he has spent more thant enough time to know how big of a role this is;
-He mains Ethics Assistant day in and day out, this man out of everyone who has an Ethical or Overseer Assistant whitelist is the most active, I'd go as far to say he is the most Active member of both departments;
-He has not held a Senior CL4 position although, in my opinion he has spent more than enough time as Assistant and Captain to understand how important as a role this is on the server;
-Little experience in managing departments, although I feel like this could easily be learnt over time;
-In all honesty, this Application is quite bad and I would advice editing it into something far better as it isn't up to the standards of such a high rank in the server.
