Why are you applying for Site Director?
Roleplay Capability
As one of the roleplay leads of the server, Site Director offers a unique ability and flexibility to create interesting roleplay for both Site Administration and the rest of the site. Being able to add more variety to the site is a very favourable attribute to becoming Site Director. While I currently possess the position of Site Manager, I feel that with the position of Site Director it will allow for more freedom of roleplay.

Experience
With the position of Site Director, I feel that it would provide myself with more experience in a high senior position in the site. Site Director offers the experience to lead the site and the experience provided by this position will allow for a good chance to progress higher within the Foundation. The Site Director can also influence the experience of others in the site, being able to change how personnel act and engage on-site and off-site. By providing the server with experience while also gaining experience while in the role, it shows a good understanding of how the site should and can run. This, in my opinion, is very important and I wish to be able to take the position to further the overall experience of the server and myself.

The Next Step
Being in a position for a while does provide good experience, however, it also means that there is little change in duty. I wish to be able to take on the position of Site Director as this is the next step in my journey through the Foundation. For myself, the position of Site Director provides me with a fresh breath into a new role, although it is still Site Administration, it provides my time in Site Administration with new roles and abilities to utilise.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
Inclusivity of RP
I would like to say that I am rather considerate of people for the purposes of RP. If there is an opportunity for Roleplay that can give benefits to either just one side or both, then why not allow the RP to be given to them. The point of RP is to create something out of the loop, and while keeping others in the loop, its not as fair for them as it would be for those included in the RP. I believe that as many as possible should be included within the RP. Of course, there will sometimes be specialised RP however, this should still bring in at least some aspects of others. I believe in fair involvement for all

Activity/Readiness
I have the idea that "If I can get on, then I will be on" to the server. If I am available to play then I'll hop on and play. For the discord server, I have discord open at all times while I am on my PC, as well as this, if I get a ping Ill look at it immediately. I'm easy to reach and will reply quickly if needed. If I'm needed in game for something important and I'm doing another activity, I will drop what I am doing and attend to the matter in game. Pretty much, what I'm trying to say is, If I am needed and can get on the game, then I will hop on as soon as possible.

Belief in Diplomacy
During times of conflict, each side wants something to gain from the other. Bullets and fighting will make this go nowhere, only leading to heated emotions and the loss of all goals aside from Winning. Such situations are GOI conflicts and ISD conflicts, which quickly devolve into needless fighting with no true goal aside from wanting to beat the other side. Through the use of diplomacy, there would be less heated emotions and the original goals would be still kept the same. I believe that diplomacy has become less used in favour of peoples want to fight, and this creates more issues than it solves. Any conflict, in my eyes, should be solved through words rather than bullets.

Dedication
I have spent around 3 months in Site Administration, with most of that time being as Site Manager. While I admit that It is not the longest time within SA, however, I believe my conduct and general dedication to the role should be commended. I have put a lot of effort into performing the best I can, working with many to create something great. I believe that I have shown a willingness to perform within Site Administration and hope to be granted the position of Site Director to further increase my dedication to new and different tasks.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
