For how long have you played on CG SCP: 1321 hours since around May

Age: 16

In what country are you located?: England

Time zone: GMT

Character name(s): Luke 'Benevolent' Baker (OA) | Lucas Fletcher (Exec) | Lukas 'Lucky' Clover (GOC) | Luke "Kingston" Evans (B1) |

Civilian name: Lukas Fletcher

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): UK

Do you have a mic?: Yes

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
Nu-7 LT (ex)
CI-B (ex)
Alpha-1 LT (ex)
E11 CPL (ex)
GOC MAJ (current)
Beta-1 CSG (current)
Executive Researcher (current)
Overseer Assistant (current)

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
One FailRP warning from June 25th, this was when was new to the server and didn’t have a lot of playtime and was unclear on the rules I'm not sure exactly what it was for.
One Metagaming warning from July 5th, this was when I accidentally used an agents name without asking IC.

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
The medical department is one I've been interested in since I joined the server, recently I have not been too active however I have slowly came back. I think the medical department has access to the most interesting and unique RP on the server and I would like to help others access this area of the server by providing licenses and answering any and all questions about the medical department.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
Over my time on the server I have played a lot of supportive roles, from this I have gained experience and knowledge of the medical department and a support level of 35. With this knowledge I can better answer questions and interact with others in RP.

I have gained a lot of cl4 experience, with my roles as an Overseer assistant, executive researcher and Nu7/Alpha-1 CO I have had access to clearance 4 jobs for quite a while, with this experience I can better conduct myself and follow site policies while on the job.

I have spent quite a bit of time in the medical department, just after becoming an Nu7 SGT I had support level 20 and since then I have been playing combat medic for a bit every day I'm on, also I joined KS-1 to better interact with the medical department however I was honourably discharged to better pursue my Nu7 CO role, With this familiarity in the department I can better communicate with my peers.

I have gained quite a bit of passive RP experience, within my time as GOC I've had to perform many mental and physical examinations of both anomalies and people which has gave me better knowledge of how to do so as a medical role, with this knowledge I can better perform examinations and RP with this role.

I have learned to be professional and conduct myself in a good way at all times, since gaining access to senior roles on the server I have had to conduct myself in a professional manor, this would help me better represent the medical department and interact with others.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
Repairing a fractured limb:

Step 1 - navigate the patient to the X-Ray table and ask them to sit down on the spot marked 'E', if they complain about pain administer morphine

Step 2 - Look at the screen the damaged limb should pop up in red, however the screen is mirrored so if the left arm was broken on the screen the right arm is broken

Step 3 - Make the drug for the correct limb, do this by opening !medic navigating to entities and buying 1 flask and 1 drug pot (if you already own a flask do not purchase another), then navigate to the 'Test tube' section and purchase a Calcium (limb) according to the broken limb. Next put the calcium tube into the flask by colliding them and then collide the flask with the drug pot and it should be labelled 'Drug (limb)'

Step 4 - Administer the drug by having the patient sip from the point marked 'E' or if the patient can't move pour it down their throat and pinch the nose so they swallow.

Step 5 - Have them sit on the X-Ray table and ask them how they feel, if everything looks good tell them to get back to work

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
The responsibilities of the medical consultant in RP are as follows:

Training new personnel - The consultant must train all support level 10 trainees for medical licenses so that they can advance in the department.

Giving advice - The consultant is the go-to job for advice on how to perform procedures and any other medical related issues.

Performing advanced/classified procedures - The consultant is to be utilised where doctors couldn't, for example a revive on floor 3 or the administering of class F.

Overseeing the department - The consultant must make sure the department runs smoothly and deal with any issues.

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Name: Lucas Watson

Codename: 'Saint'

Nationality: English

Clearance level: 3

Personnel background:
Watson, code name 'Saint', was originally born in the east of England where he grew up and studied biology. After some time he gained a job in a hospital laboratory focused on identifying infectious diseases. On the 27th of June 20XX 'Saint' arrived at work, he had been studying a live sample of a new infectious disease recently found on the coast. Exhausted from the week he had he forgot to put the sample into the incinerator and instead left it on the table in the lab, unfortunately one of co-workers would stumble into the lab without any protective equipment and be infected by this disease. Whilst 'Saint' was eating lunch in his office he could hear screams of pure rage and objects being flung around through the wall, thinking that one of his co-workers had gone mad he went to go and see what was wrong. What he found was 4-5 people all infected with the virus tearing each other apart, he closed the door and locked it and made a run for the nearest exit when he was grabbed from the side and an intelligence deep cover team escorted him to the nearest foundation F.O.B.

[Unidentified] "Hello my name is Agent Gabriel we would like to know how you came across that virus in your lab."
[Unidentified 2] "What? Where am I? When did I get here? Why would I tell you anything?"
[Agent.G] "We work in your best interest Watson, now please cooperate."
[Watson] "How do you know my name? How did you know what was going to happen? What DID happen there?"
[Agent.G] "That is none of your concern. Now please inform us of where that virus came from."
[Watson] "A man from a ship came into the ER with reports of an extreme headache, he ended up arrested for assaulting medical staff though."
[Agent.G] "Thank you, now would you pursue a career in dealing with these kind of outbreaks?"
[Watson] "I suppose so, its what I do now isn't it?"
[Agent.G] "Not quite."

I dont have the best impression of You keeping the Consultant role actively, as you have been in SCP for 8 months approximately and have gone through or barely holding 8 important roles.

You also state playtime since May, but you also state you got a warning June 25th when you joined for the first time.

Thank you for the spot on that playtime thing, it should of said whilst I was still new not for the first time, that is a mistake on my part.

And regarding me being actively able to hold roles I have had to step down from a lot of past roles due to being busy around September to December which was most of my combative roles (A1, Nu7, CI and E11) but after I joined the GOC I found passive RP roles a lot more interesting which is why I acquired so many over a short space of time. I can understand this doesn’t set the best impression however all I can do is assure you that I would maintain activity and performance.

I edited the mistake out however it should still be considered I made it.

It is true over the holidays I didn’t come on the server as much so this would extend to the medical department, but before and still a bit now I play combat medic for a bit each day and with the recent addition of the psychiatrist job I’ve been a bit more active on that too. I would like to think of my more recent activity in the department of how active I could be if I had the role, which would be around 1-2 hours each day.
