For how long have you played on CG SCP:
Since January 18th 2026, and i played for half a year a few years ago.
Age:
22
In what country are you located?:
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Time zone:
CEST
Character name(s):
Yorick III [HDeaf]
Civilian name:
None
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):
SCP-RP UK
Do you have a mic?:
Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
--- General Security Department Sergeant
--- General Security Department Captain
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have recieved one warn for RDM, and one ban for RDM.
The warn was me shooting D class under orders from a Type Blue, the RDM ban was me shooting an ISD agent who tried to kill a work permit D class.
Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I have played as a Captain for close to three months now, and i have to admit, this is the most fun ive had in a while. Ive been around for long enough to know all protocols, Micros and Macros of the position. Being a Captain means being a leader, which is one of my specialties, but being a Security Chief means being a LEADER.
As a GSD Captain, i have proven myself very capable of organising small units, managing D block and organising trainings. Now, i want to prove myself as a Security Chief. I love GSD, and i want to help to improve it in more ways than being just a GSD Captain.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
What makes me suitable? More than a few things.
Experience with leading and leadership.
In Real Life, i was a Corporal 1st Class in the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ive learned how to lead small squads quite easily, and if life wouldve allowed me, i wouldve continued my education there.
GSD Experience.
Ever since i started playing again this year, ive ONLY PLAYED GSD. I am extremely familiar with GSD policies, as well with what we are supposed to do.
Tough Love.
As im sure most of my colleagues would agree, i am somewhat more strict as a Captain. Not in an abusive way of course, i just test people more.
Those who wish to become Sergeants in my shift, will be tested more.
If i were Chief, id make sure to test my Captains a little more. Not enough to bore them, but just enough to know where their true loyalty lies.
As a Captain managing D block, i am tough but very fair. GSD members love listening to orders, and i love handing them out.
Combat Prowess.
I can comfortably say that i am slightly above average in terms of Combat. Any and all trainings that we ever held were focused on Response Time, Attack and Defend and Defense. As a Chief, i would be conducting more training sessions.
Love for the Challenge.
Even though i have some health problems, i would accept this position with one only goal in mind. To do BETTER. I love to challenge myself with new things, new weapons, even trainings.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
What directly comes to mind, is D block. So, ill put it like this:
1. D Block management
2. Organising Patrols
3. Organising Trainings
4. Keeping peace among high and lower ranked GSD
5. Working closely with SA and other Dpt. Heads.
6. Managing external, and internal issues within the GSD itself.
7. Managing externals by itself.
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Name: Yorick III B̶l̶a̶c̶k̶s̶m̶i̶t̶h̶
Department: General Security Department (GSD), Site-65
Rank: Captain
Age: 20
Born and raised in a mountainous village from what used to be Yugoslavia, Yorick III was brought up in the shadow of the silence of his father and the enigmatic personality of his grandfather. His father worked for an international company and travelled abroad for months on end performing some sort of "logistics". At the age of fifteen Yorick found himself alone; without any explanation his father disappeared one day leaving behind a deserted house and a bank account which froze at the exact moment he left.
During his teenage years he worked as a security personnel and trained in tactical combat.
His relationship with his grandfather was a difficult one to say the least. The old man was always occupied with something, most of the time writing in his notebooks which he refused to show anyone, and he had been gone for five years prior to his recent passing. Yorick III did not even suspect that his grandfather could have been anything other than a bitter war veteran from the Balkans.
Yorick III arrived at the Foundation filled with both bitterness and curiosity. Yorick III bears the family name of his grandfather as a burden, as he is expected to have the same tactical intuition as his predecessor, constantly being pestered by his superiors. Only being present within the organization for less than a month, Yorick III sees the Foundation as more of a deadly mechanism that snatched his father, took his grandfather, and now owns him.
Currently, Yorick III serves as the Captain of the GSDs at Site-65, where he utilizes his rigorous Balkan training to keep things in order, as well as looking into internal databases for the whereabouts of his father.
Possible Storylines:
As a Chief of Security, i will remain the same. GSD will rise from the ashes.
I will push for more positive interactions with IPD and E-11, and i will try to redo the way GSD does recruiting of Leadership roles.
I would also like to introduce more positive interactions between GSD and ISD, as we have many things in common.
GSD has a very flexible narrative when it comes to relations with other departments, and i would like to use that flexibility to LARP.
At the end of the day, we are GSD, and not D Block border guards.
Its time to start making some changes, as LARPing with only D Class will get kinda boring.
Additionally, i will also do my best to get the activity of GSD up and running again.
And as a cherry on top, i would do more 1 on 1 talks with other Department Heads to figure out how GSD can improve its relations with those respective Departments
Editor's Note: Sorry for all the colours, i tried making this look nice but i failed miserably.
I also want to mention that i suck at making these applications, and if possible id prefer a real time interview. Im more confident that way.
