(in the lack of an ECM+) | Seeing as a codes 5/1 are already a tough situation, sometimes, a mass escape Of D class personnel could happen, in that case, the ECA is trusted with making The decision of authorizing the mass termination of D-class past air lock. Of course if an ECM is present, there is no need for the ECA to authorize it. |

father was a head of a small secret team in the US army, and was very passionate about his work, and as is gonna be shown, his kids followed his path.
After jacob finished school he joined a research facility, one of the many decoy facilities
the foundation had, while the committee there wasnt as important or powerful as the S.C.P Ethics
Committee, they still held some power, now while he wasnt a part of the committee, he started
working as an assistant, working with the team.
while that decoy site did not hold any classified information, it did engage is some research actions.
After an entire decade passing away, he grew tired of his job, wanting to
progress, wanting to be something more, something bigger.
While returning home from work, he was driving down the road, and about
10 minutes after begining the drive, he got a flat tire, stopping to check
what happened, in the middle of the night.
He stepped out, and as soon as he bent over to inspect the tire, a tranquilizer
dart hit him in the neck, soon enough he collapsed to the floor.

After a long, long talk, and a hefty dose of Class-G amnestics were used, he was

assistant role, combining his job as an ambassador and its contents, and his extreme thirst for justice.
