Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community?: No
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?: Yes
How many hours can you be on everyday?: From 3-4 PM till 8-9 PM, Friday/Saturday/Sunday I can do longer depending on my schedule.
Why do you want to become a Gamemaster on our server?: Due to the lack of RP Events the server has gotten boring, I would like to host more and engage more with the community.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: Creativity, I don't believe in overcomplicated messes and the best events can be the simplest. One only needs to engage with the community in either a comedic or a serious manner to encourage RP. RP needs to be fluid, an event can be planned. But it is best to go with the flow, and allow members to engage with you.
Please List 3 small event ideas (Which would involve at least one side of the server):
- An anomalous dear is going around Redwood stalking the civilians, two Agents from the "UIU" have been sent to investigate the situation. These two Agents speak to members of NATO and civilians about this, the "UIU" agents take assistance from NATO to take down the Dear creature.
- A civilian stumbles upon a mass grave, NATO and NWO both blame each other for the warcrime. A journalist by the name of Steve Bennington interviews both sides of NATO and NWO. He also interviews witnesses of the atrocity and members of the public (This event can easily be linked to the RMP/AOR mission)
- A Man by the name of Mr. Big goes around the map eating food, he eats vehicles (they will be refunded) and food from random strangers.
Afghanistan
An unknown PMC group with close ties to members of MI6 launches a raid of a Taliban compound, the compound is heavily guarded. And, incredibly well equipped. The PMC group has constant Intel. The Event will last no longer then 1 hour, with 15 minutes Pre-war for both groups to plan and prep.
Task and Purpose
PMC: The PMC group is tasked with taking over the compound
Taliban: The Taliban is tasked with holding their compound
Result
PMC Fails/Wins: If the PMC wins they will capture all the surviving Taliban members, then send them in a convoy to a secret MI6 Agent.
Taliban Fails/Wins: If the Taliban wins they will capture all surviving members of the PMC group, and execute them
List an example mission for each pair of regiments:
17th/1stAL
Unknown Technology has been found, we believe it might be a tank. Whatever it is it's hostile, both the 17th and 1stAL need to deal with the threat. A ceasefire to deal with the threat has been agreed on.
SAS/STS
SCP 999 has been found roaming on the surface, the SAS has been told to by the UIU to get the SCP and bring it back to them. But, the STS has also been told by the GRU. Both Regiments have to fight to take the SCP back to base. And, escort and convoy it.
ISAF/IVG
ISAF has been told that the Mayor of redwood has been kidnapped, he is in an unknown location of the map. ISAF have to intercept him however when they reach the location they find a house in ruins, with blood and a note left. The note, stating his location. ISAF have to chase him down and raid the compound that IVG is in and IVG have to hold off ISAF and keep the hostage.
RMP/AOR
RMP/AOR kidnap a high ranking member of the CSB, they both agree on to set aside their differences to do a public warcrime trial in Redwood showcasing his crimes against humanity.
JAF/SWB
JAF/SWB notice a UFO in the air, a flying space craft is going around both of their airspaces. At once, both Regiments are forced into a full blown air war with this Space Craft of unknown origin. Eventually, the UFO will be blown down and both Regiments will scramble to take control of the area (This may involve other Regiments) and take vital information about it.
