In my eyes Hotson is the person that through his generosity and the seemly carelessness he aimed for the better being of bonding between him, his team, people working for him and even strangers that he doesn’t know he has the charismatics to gather and link with them all. I have spoken with him on multiple occasions and I would say he is one of the leader that we need for a “balance” of O5.
