Lore: Hank Abston was a part special undercover operation, tasked to keep tabs on the operations of the Chaos Insurgency and providing vital information. During the operation, upon gaining valuable information for the foundation, Hank was discovered as an undercover for the foundation. Upon the Chaos Insurgency discovering this, they drugged him. They tortured him for weeks and used him as a test subject. After two months, the Chaos Insurgency brought him out into a remote wasteland and shot him dead in the back of the, dumping his body. However, after two days of being KIA, his body reanimated and he became conscious again.
After another two months of wondering around the wasteland, Hank Abston stumbled across an old, abandoned foundation building, finding a barely working radio that he used to call for help after providing the proper identification. Upon being retrieved by a team of MTF, he was wearing an old Chaos Insurgency uniform, and the lens completely red. Upon removal of his helmet and mask, it was discovered that his head was mauled viciously, all skin from his head was missing. The blood on the lens have dried up to the point that removal of it was impossible, however, Hank was somehow able to see through the lens. Any attempts at removal of the uniform was unsuccessful, seeming now being a part of his body. Upon taking samples of Hank Abston, his body had traces of radiation that was somehow keeping him alive and conscious, but was slowly decaying him from the inside.
However, Hank Abstons' vocal cords remained functional, as well as the rest of his body were also fully functional. Due to the fact that he can no longer be allowed back into society from his injuries and the state he is in, he was stationed at a foundational site in Canada, in a remote area called "Pinewood".
