What is the case against you?: I am not sure what the case is against me, so I cannot fully comment on this. But from what I understand or heard, is that I was being “hateful/to strict” however I was never given any proof of this or any details on anything I was doing wrong. So I am not fully sure what exactly I did wrong.

Is this true?:Cannot say as I was given no proof or told anything.

Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?: not in e-11, I was demoted from ECA for inactivity.

What is your side of the story?: I am confused as no one has ever talked to me about anything, or made any complaints against me, for the whole time I was LTCOM, not until the late Captain was removed at which point, apparently there were complaints but I was given no proof or any evidence of these complaints. So my problem is, how am I supposed to improve myself/fix the problems people have unless they actually told someone/told me. I would of gladly worked on myself to fix whatever issues they had with me but I was told nothing. I have no problem working on myself/working on fixing the problems certain people had in the regiment. However I was given no detail/no feedback on anything so I am kind of been left in the dark here.
