Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I'm applying for site advisor due to many reasons. One being is that I wish to create passive roleplay. I'm wanting to bring more roleplay scenarios to the server and make sure that anyone who wants can be involved with such. I also would like to try and occupy members of site administration and other personnel on-site as I often see them doing repetitive things or nothing at all. I want to fix this by enhancing's the site administration sector of the site and other sectors that may need it. As a Site Advisor I think I'd be able to help the site with whatever needs they require, and to make any decisions that are needed as a Site Administration member. I have many responsibilities with my current positions but I'd like to obtain more. I'd like to not just focus on one departments affairs but the entire sites. With that, I would also like to mention the current issue with site administration not being seen as a public figure. In my perspective I've never seen Site Administration as a public figure. In which they should always be. I'd like to implement ways for Site Administration to connect with site personnel more by hosting things like: site-wide meetings, public announcement 'lectures', etc. Basic things to connect with people more and to be seen more.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
There could be many things that makes me most suitable for Site Administration but some being as said. Firstly, At all times I will always approach situations with the upmost professionalism. There may be times in which the environment is slightly unprofessional but most are not. Secondly, I have a strong past of positions that require lots of leadership and responsibility. I've gotten to guide newer staff and help them learn there way around the facility. I have also gotten experience out-of-character with leadership, a example being teaching youth within religious means. This includes standing in front of a classroom of youth and teaching them about certain topics. There are many other experiences that I could list involving leadership. Additionally, I have had many experiences in-character and out-of-character that have helped me learn to assist others. Some being: Religious Activities, Community Guided Events, Preaching/Teaching youth of certain topics, etc. I've also dealt with tons of situations that are tense and difficult to discuss. Due to this it has taught me to be calm and collected during a situation like so. Lastly, I have a strong passion for helping others and it brings great joy and happiness to myself to see others smile. I've always wanted to assist others and be involved with such whenever I can. I'd also like to include my past and current experience with NU-7 and DEA allowing me to improve RP and work with the respected dept directors to make their department/regiment better.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Being a member of Site Administration comes with many responsibility's, some being but not limited to:

Supervising Department/Regiments
Preforming monthly reviews for Department/Regiments
Authorizing AA during a Containment Breach
Leading by Example
Authorizing presence of MC&D to sell within the site
Voting and conducting interviews for numerous Sr. CL4 applications
Enforcing the COE/COC at all times
Authorize any GOI to be on site or to assist with uncontainable breaches
Approving research tests (That excluding any 008 tests)
Creating Roleplay Scenarios for others and yourself
Authorizing Raids on GOIs

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Only +support because of this.
Just to add on this for others to see, I was messing around in OOC like others were at the time and accidently forgot to put the two // in front of the message so it sent in comms. As seen in the screenshot I quickly voided it. It was a complete mistake and I have learned from it. (If anyone needs more details, message me!) :)
