What is the case against you?: Killed multiple CL4+
Is this true?: i only killed one captain
Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?: only from E11 because i got banned from the game

What is your side of the story?: ok the situation of me killing the captain was because i did see him kill a other Captain in front of me, so I shot the captain usually if you see somebody being hostile against a foundation member you shoot them i was thinking that it was a CI in disguise at that moment I did to a split decision to take that action after that I did get jail time. so next day a captain wanted to speak with me in the Captain office and he said he got orders to remove me from the Gsd Sgt role from Chief Viggo and captain xaviar Montague the reason was for: Killed multiple CL4+ i have only killed one CL4 and that was the captain and after that, i did ask chief viggo about this and he did say these 5 different captains have claims of this. and I did say this
but they don't have any evidence of me shooting anybody This is just hearsay; I'm innocent until proven guilty.
Viggo's response was that I'm still finding them, but when it could be from like 5 different captains.
just to remind you, the order came only from the Chief and the Captain, so why didn't the 5 captains' names weren't in the order? My question is, did the Chief lie about those 5 captains? and They haven't given any clips of me killing any other CL4+. so they don't have any evidence of me killing anybody. so I just what the evidence of these crimes they say I committed and hopefully we can get this handled. thanks for reading my Demotion Appeal have a nice day

We will be partially accepting your appeal for the position of GSD Sergeant.

Provided to us was a clip of a Captain beating another Captain, as which, the Captain defended their own life, ending the other Captains life, you then proceeded to gun down said Captain, we will be reinstating you as Sergeant of GSD, but you will have 1 strike on your record, lasting a period of one month.

Why we Partially Accepted you appeal, instead of denying it for blunt Murder, the Captains failed to lead by example, as of which, why would they push such harsh punishment and Standards onto you, if they couldn't hold that example up to themselves, it is outright Incompetent for this act to have happen, and they will be informed and corrected on this behaviour as well.

We wish for you to turn a new leaf, we have had many back and fourth reports about your behaviour, that could've be seen as argumentive, and sometimes we have to reflect, I wish for you to do this with yourself, improve yourself and your attitude on the server towards other people, we are all human after all.
