Well I would say I understand the rules. And I know how 22415 would act and kind of work in RP

The usual behavior of 22415 would be the following. Healing foundation personnel, making sure no harm comes to them. Also making sure they do not assist anybody harming others. Their main job is to. Secure. Contain. And Protect.
When there's a CI raid, you see MTF's combatting CI, you also see researchers running away from the fight. Who do you aid and why?
I would aid the researcher trying to get away. And the reason of this is because, helping the ci or MTF would be running right in to a combative situation. So I would help and heal the researcher trying to get away.

I would not repel 076 because it would be better to let 076 attack me. Rather than push him towards the researcher for him to die.

I would simply deny his request as he is doing something that is not allowed. SCP 22415-1 can deny healing if someone is doing any activity's that would result is someone being hurt, or just not following foundation protocol.
