[USA] O5-1/Chief Overseer "The Veteran" Application

When I accepted Night into O5, I will admit I was concerned about his ability to lead focused and continued RP across days/weeks, especially considering his position for many months previous was A-1 Commander.
However, having watched his interactions and growth over the last year, I think he is the most qualified person to lead. Not only has he initiated several projects and RP scenarios, but he has kept up with them and supported their continued growth and investment into the people who participate in them.
The 1 year anniversary for his initiation into O5 was just a few days ago. I only worry that he will burn out. One year is a long time.
