What O5 role are you applying for, and why
O5-2/3/4, only due to the fact I do not have any overseer experience, so i'll take any number except -1.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?
I reckon that I would be a good candidate for O5 as I am very active within the server and community, with over 700+ hours played just on the server in my short 4 months of playing on the server. I have quickly adapted heavily into the lore of the SCP world, and adapt to given tasks and orders into the various jobs I have stuck with and experimented on the server. I keep my temper fairly easily, nice to pretty much everyone known on the server, as well as I have also been fairly known on the server as of recently. My maturity is good and I have also matured within the server quickly, and recently picked up the role of being a Server staff, which has made me mature, and take more interest within the server and its community. I create good roleplay for all of those within the server, can have jokes and a fun time with numerous people at once, and at the end of the day I haven't been known to annoy anyone or abuse my power in anyway possible. As stated, the O5 council is a role that takes a heavy hit on requiring and creating roleplay, which I have shown as of late, and since I had started playing on the server. I have CL4 knowledge and experience. I may have little but I have certainly taken in quite a lot, and still apply it when I am on the server. Another great skill that I also possess is document making within the server, which I have written over 16+ excellent graded documents just on the Foundation, which I could definately possess within the role of O5 Council Member.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?
The O5 are responsible for overseeing the site as a whole
Upholding and making sure the Code of Conduct is being followed by all personnel of the Foundation
Authorizing various crosstests such as Keter-Keter, authorizing SCP-008 tests
Nuking the Facility after a devastating breach, code black evacuation and ERT failure
Calling code blacks to evacuate non-combatives, and eventually all Foundation personnel
Assisting within the management of A1, and fixing any issues that may appear
Make sure assistants are doing a good job, and tasking them to assist the O5 in anyway possible
Making sure all departments within the Foundation are running smoothly
Assisting with Site Administration to help ensure departments efficiency
Give orders to A1

BIOGRAPHY
Gure ████ Buchan was born in 28/01/████ to parents Fiona █████ Buchan and Duncan ████ Buchan in the Woodend Hospital, located in Western Aberdeen. Grew up in a drug abusing family, to which Gure grew up partly unloved and uncared of, due to the insobriety of his parents, which complicated his early life development. He went to the local school, which he received many suspensions due to misbehavior, which grew in and out of getting suspended from numerous schools across Scotland, to a point where his parents stop sending him to school, due to the passing of his father, who overdosed on drugs ██████, ███████. He was found dead on 18/03/████, at 9:37 PM, when Gure ████ Buchan was just 15. Gure ████ Buchan was not phased by his passing at all, due to the fact his father was never really there for him throughout his life. This loss put his mother Fiona █████ Buchan in debt, and caused them to lose the house. Gure ████ Buchan then searched for a job, and quickly after getting a job in the police force, Gure ████ Buchan fled from living with his still ongoing drug abusing mother, to rent out a caravan in a local caravan park. Gure was soon then promoted to Sergeant, Badge Serial RW79. On 19/12/████ The police recieved a call of a armed domestic violence report, to which Sgt. Gure Buchan quickly got to the scene, and called for backup. Sgt. Gure Buchan swiftly entered the house to find a father beating his wife and 2 kids, which Sgt. Gure Buchan recieved childhood flashbacks to, when he was of young age. These flashbacks took over his mind, of which he shot all of them dead, and with the final bullet in the magazine, Gure ████ Buchan attempted his life, to which was stopped but the bullet hit his left arm, shattering the bone and damaging all the nerves in his left arm. Gure ████ Buchan was quickly rushed to the hospital to undergo his treatment, and after was questioned on what he did, which was taken to court on 08/08/████ at the High Court of Justiciary. Gure ████ Buchan pleaded guilty, and was admitted transport to █████████ Prison for the Mentally Ill at 18/08/████. During transport, the prison bus was overran by ████████████████████████████
