I see no reason why Skyfire shouldn't get Director, when I think of SA as a whole, I think of Skyfire as he is in my mind, the figurehead of the department. His time in SA has been effective and I have personally seen progress with him in these roles. I can only assume he will continue to make SA great with him in the Director spot.
