- This is my first application for USSR High Command.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

- ROE and NLR, I cannot remember why I exactly got them because it was a really long time ago.
- Hitbox Abuse, I do remember this one though, I was bunnyhopping away from FSB/KGB when they were trying to arrest me.
- All of the warnings are from year 2021.

Do you have any experience as a high rank on MilitaryRP?:
- I've been a commissioned officer of Shock Army for over a year now, first time I ever got promoted to JLT was on 19/12/2020. I've resigned couple of times from CO over these years but I'm not resigning anymore for a long time. I got colonel of Shock Army a month ago and if you look the state of it shows that I have a lot of experience as a high rank on MilitaryRP.

What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
- I have lead a couple of wars in the past and most of the wars have had a successful outcome, I can be very strict when it comes to giving orders and not complying to them, I can be active whenever possible and I'm a good war strategist. I've been taught by many UHC in the past. I've never mained NATO side and never will. My heart always belongs to USSR and the amazing people in it.

List your strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths:
- I can be really active
- Strict, depending on the situation though.
- Serious
- Logical thinker
- Good strategist
Weaknesses:
- When under heavy pressure I get easily stressed
- Sometimes I have to take LOAs all of a sudden that can last from a week to a month. (This is very rare though).
- I'm a shit pilot

This man has changed and reshaped shock army in a better form and of course his my COL and he is striking for UHC position and in my opinion he deserves to be a major general.

Even though we will lose a valuable COL in Shock Army, I'm more happy for him becoming something more known and respected in the USSR!

I've been wanting to withhold my verdict, already being part of SUHC makes it part of my job to help consider these applications instead of leaving verdicts

However, this is one occasion where I'll be pretentious enough to pretend my opinion is important and say that I +Support

You've been doing god's work within SHA, and it's been greatly appreciated by myself and the rest of UHC. Hell, I've been inactive recently and I can still tell the level of effort and commitment you've put in to that regiment.

I feel like you're not only ready to step up to the UHC challenge, but you'd thrive in it. I've already privately given recommendation to the rest of SUHC to accept the application, but it's up to Chad whether he does or not.

It'd be sad seeing you gone from SHA COL, but you've kept the regiment healthy, to the stage where, unlike some other regiments, they can afford to lose a COL. This is worded as a bad thing but think about it - you've made SHA that healthy, that they are possibly the only USSR regiment that can effectively plan to lose someone in leadership.

Best of luck, I really can't see this being denied, especially after Cal himself left his support.
