More accurate answer - Yes, It just requires a dev with the right access or Ventz/Cloak. It's just a task that's not really worthwhile so It doesn't really happen.

I was just wondering if points could be transfered between players. from one person to another.

I have previously asked this question to Hydro (like 2 months back) and he said it is somewhat possible however since the points I was trying to transfer to Jons were a staff reward, I couldn't transfer them.
