What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
When SCP 008 spores are created from dropped syringes they should be able to be destroyed by decontamination foam and not be invincible. Like other

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- When CI drops SCP 008 vials in dblock E11 have a chance to recontain it making it more fair.
- It makes it more in-line with the other SCP 008 spores that can be destroyed using decontamination foam

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- For CI it will be more difficult to make effective SCP 008 breaches.
- It might reduce the RP that comes from the early stages of SCP 008 breaches or stop SCP 008 breaches from happening nearly as much.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It is not fair at all for Foundation to have to deal with an invincible spore with gesnec/chefs/tech experts running at it and dying until they turn into zombies and start a big breach. It's already hard enough to contain SCP-008 with the new syringe system, but now it's inevitable if an SCP-008 spore spawns from a syringe it means an instant code black and probable nuke because we couldn't destroy one single small spore because its invincible/bugged.

This seems like a bug, although I've never seen this happen. I will try and test if it happens or not, and then log it on github if necessary.

Moving to denied, but thank you for the report.
