Before contact with with the Foundation William was in the current employ of His Majesties Prison Service. Having gone into the military aged eighteen in 2009.
Serving for over five years as a member of the Military Police they were noted for their efficiency and attitude towards their work. Additionally, this individual received negotiation training during this time.
Upon their resignation from the armed forces, William proceeded to work for the Yorkshire Police Service until 2018. The death of their spouse at this current time led to their resignation from the police force.
Information pertaining to this individual was passed onto Foundation from [REDACTED]. Shortly after contact was established and William was run through the induction program for the Department of Security.

With Security being an old department at Foundation Site-65 special attention was placed on the operatives hired for the positions. William demonstrated to the current department directors at the time that they possessed an increased understanding and skill for security; with William taking the lead in situations within D-block when and where required. Furthermore, their involvement with the Chaos Insurgency; manly combat, and negotiation trades, enabled William to achieve the rank of Senior Agent within the department. Some interest has been expressed by this individual that they wish to obtain a higher ranking with the department in the near future; a prospect that has been blocked twice by [REDACTED] Command with little to no reason.
William overall has contributed towards the Foundation's activities in the region have been complimentary.
