I have been LT COL for JAC.

What makes you the best candidate for Allied Command?:
I'm a fair and strict person and I can be patient with people so that I can help them or deal with a problem with a calm tone and friendly speech.

List your strengths and weaknesses:
My Strengths are that I am a patient, calm, good time-keeping person that tries to be a fair and understanding person

My weaknesses are protective of the JAC as I have worked hard to maintain the regiment's performance in wars and slowly bring it back up to standards which is still a lot of work to do for it, but I would hate if the regiment fell apart after trying to become the new Reg Gen for JAC, I'm easily distracted if it is super important like my dog whining or needing let out.

I feel like these past few weeks, JAC has really had low numbers and I think you’re more needed there. If it weren’t for that, this would defo be a +Support. Youre a good leader, always pointing out things that need fixing, you make everything you say try to make an impact on UAN, not sure I’ve seen you lead wars when I've been on.

Neutral i think focusing on your regiment now is the best thing you could do
not applying for AC you literally have like COs active? not even i think once you'll get alot of activity it will be an AC app

You are a good applicant for AC and I know that you would do well, however we just got 3 new BGENs which brings it to 4 including the JAC Regimental General already. Removing too many COs from each regiment will not benefit UAN. If you don't get accepted you should definitely re-apply when people have settled into certain positions.
