What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

It adds an XP boost (and a first time joining bonus in the form of money to new players) to the faction that has less Total Played hours (over the timespan of a week or so).

Also it isn't a fixed % XP boost, meaning that it goes UP and DOWN based on how UNBALANCED the RATIO is.

XP boost doesn't have to be high aswell, maybe capped at 15% or something. Money reward around £5,000 (or so) upon first joining the faction with less Total Hours Played at the time.

These bonuses will be introduced when creating a new character as a new player and also shown to every player somewhere.

This XP boost is recalculated every now and then (every server restart?) and the faction with less Total Hours Played within the span of the last 7 days (or so) will receive the bonus for that day.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Will help balance out the ratio of NATO to NWO players/new trainees
- Will make warfare a lot more fun because it should lead to more equal numbers

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- New players might ignore XP and Money bonuses and just join NATO anyways, need to see how to make the bonuses pop out and make NWO more attractive.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think this is almost the only way to start balancing the numbers. Simply forcing players/trainees to go to NWO is not really an option, so for me this is the best way (I could think of).

No, it’s very simple giving one side of this game a XP boost and money isn’t fair and then the bonus will just cause everyone to transfer or main NWO and most NWO have NATO characters and NATO has NWO characters anyway
Maybe something like instead of going based on Active Players, go by Played hours on each faction, could potentially remove this problem.
I edited my suggestion to Played hours instead of Active Players, thank you

Why would this remove this problem? Because Played hours means that when more people main NWO, the balance would shift and maybe there's an XP boost for NATO then until that balances out again, if tinkered with right, no exploit at all and a pretty fair system imo.

Well the issue is that no side should get a XP boost over the other, that’s not fair. We have pretty big numbers on both sides, sometimes NWO outnumbers NATO sometimes NATO outnumbers NWO. There is no need for this suggestion

And for what you suggested it just makes more dev work than what’s needed

Most of the time from what I've experienced in the past two weeks, NATO outnumbers NWO which leads to a pretty bland and often annoying situation for both. Even going as far as people calling it out like an achievement or surprise when NWO is outnumbering NATO, so no I DO NOT think the numbers are fair. This is certainly an area that needs to be looked at.
