    It was accepted in the past cuz back when i was a A-1 LT operatives and Enforcement job had it cuz i made a similar suggestion back then. The only suggestion i can think of that got denied a couple times but that was often proposed was to Give Grenade, Flashbang Grenade and Smoke Grenade to ISD...
