    This is just false. Outright not in the good mindset of many canons proposed (https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/chaos-insurgency-hub) I think you're taking reference point from USA C.I - on UK CI we do a lot more roleplay than they propose for civilians and their interesting surface GOIs.
