    I actually really like the setting, I never understood the dislike. Its dreary, it's cold, it's harsh, it's the perfect setting for an SCP game. Changing to daytime wouldn't affect any of the actual issues that keep surface from being playable. However, a larger surface map would be nice...

    Honestly the cooldown isn't a problem. It's absolutely decimates, and shortening the CD means it can destroy every raid instead of every other raid. Do agree devs need to look at deployment time though.
