What's the purpose of putting a -support versus a neutral just because you haven't interacted with them, a -support says I actively oppose this person for some reason, a Neutral fits much better with "I havent interacted with someone".
Seems to me like thats a nitpicky and extremely petty reason to -support someone just because you havent personally interacted with someone, especially on an application with so many +1's. If you haven't interacted with the person, why not give a neutral or not respond at all instead of trying...

Hey, you know Neutral is a thing, right? You don't have to -support everyone you haven't interacted with, -support usually means they've done something specifically bad that you've seen.
I went through the CoE, CoC, RRT Training/Handbook, and the GenSec Documents, closest I could find regarding it was that it said during Codes 1, 2, and 5, you are required to return to D Block immediately and drop what you're doing.
