Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
A singular warning when the map last changed to afghan, at mosque shot NATO members standing on the rocks outside NATO base. At the time this was classed as NATO base but was later overruled to be excluded
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
No, unless playing as an Admin on a Minecraft server for 10 people when I was 14 counts... Effectively No.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
Only from this server, however I have been in charge of organising multiple RP situations within CG MRP throughout my time as COL for AG, running basic trainings such as Medical RP or interrogation or bunk inspections to more in depth roleplay such as inter regimental training between AG and KGB to improve relations between the two. Looking forward to creating more as a high command
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
4 hours dead minimum in the week. However if life is easy I tend to play while I work so closer to 7 Hours of active time.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
I've been in situations of seeing staff overwhelmed by sits or just not online at the time which they are made. I feel I would be able to help this situation by adding an additional member to the staff team. I have a lot of patience for gathering all the information on a situation before making a decision and making the most fair outcome for both parties.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
Maturity would be my major point of interest, I realise most people are mature to some extent however I feel my age and knowledge give me a better patience for dealing with awkward situations or deescalating an argument between two players who both feel they are in the right especially in a difficult situation. Taking as much proof as possible into account before making a decision
