Denied Increasing raid timer for CI

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Response here] Increases raid cooldown for CI to 2 hours to match GOC or adding a cap on how many raids they can do in a day

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Response here] we wont have constant breaches of scp's from when ci raid this will then allow for there to be more rp this will also be more beneficial since when CI does raid the size of the new hcz its difficult to
1) locate the CI when they are in hcz
2) when the CI are finally found its difficult to challange them when they are trying to breach stuff due to the time we have to spend getting back to them and the ammount of numbers they have
this still means that when they do raid they will still have the mass breach they want since they are at such and advantage

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Response here] CI will probably end up crying since they cant mass breach every 45 minutes.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Response here] since it will mean the server can be a more rp focused like it should be and not just a breach and resonating simulator.

not only would this kill CI does not raid every 45 minutes a delta commmander needs to even auth a raid and most of the time they are not on meaning its usually every 1 hour and 30 minutes CI can even raid

The ideal choice for CI to raid the Foundation is 45 minutes. In the past, the cooldown time was 30 minutes, and then it was increased to 1 hour. However, if we were to revert it back to 1 hour, it would have a negative impact on Nu-7 and DEA, as these factions primarily engage in roleplays with surface GOIs.

i would like to dissagree if CI wasnt constantly being in hcz and breaching scps it is mostly just e-11 responding to it so if it was an 2 hour cool down between breach raidning and then just surface raiding being 45 minute cooldown then you would still have the rp for NU-7 and DEA and if it is on the surface by garage then it would allow the rest of the facility to have there rp and wouldnt stop researchers from testing or anything else being interupted

Not only are you just wrong ab the GOC raid timer(It's an hour, not two), this would just be bad for CI.
You want less disruptions? Get Nu-7 & DEA to do better on surface instead of having like two people up there to match CIs 20.
