Denied Increasing raid timer for CI

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Response here] Increases raid cooldown for CI to 2 hours to match GOC or adding a cap on how many raids they can do in a day

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Response here] we wont have constant breaches of scp's from when ci raid this will then allow for there to be more rp this will also be more beneficial since when CI does raid the size of the new hcz its difficult to
1) locate the CI when they are in hcz
2) when the CI are finally found its difficult to challange them when they are trying to breach stuff due to the time we have to spend getting back to them and the ammount of numbers they have
this still means that when they do raid they will still have the mass breach they want since they are at such and advantage

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Response here] CI will probably end up crying since they cant mass breach every 45 minutes.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Response here] since it will mean the server can be a more rp focused like it should be and not just a breach and resonating simulator.

the raid timer is fine for what it is, and most of the time if CI and/or GOC front raids it can usually be dealt with quickly enough to where they fall back. This will also make CI boring, making them flag off till the cooldown is up, and it will lead to less surface pvp, which then means nu-7 will flag off. Overall it is fine for what it is.

People complain that CI will have nothing to do, same with nu7 and DEA,

It is up to them to make their own RP, running surface patrols, Intel gathering, etc

Most of the time CI flag on only for a raid anyways then flag off.

NU7 and DEA have plenty more to do now between code 5s, checkpointing and patrols.

2 hours is definitely overkill maybe 1 hour to 1.15 hours

Will ruin CI gameplay, as well as make Nu-7 and DEA almost useless, decreasing both regiments numbers.
Also, the reason CI raid cooldown and UNGOC raid cooldown are different are because the two regiments are fundamentally different. UNGOC is almost entirely RP related, while CI is primarily focused on raiding, causing chaos, taking hostages. This would fundamentally change CI and make it just worse UNGOC.

No I dont think so. Even as a DEA Special Agent most CI raids end up in them dying within 30 seconds of their first encounter OR they're only getting Keycards, and most CI dont do raids every 45 minutes and they kinda already do it every 1 hour - 1.5 hours.

No, but seriously. This would ruin CI and 45 minutes is long enough, and having a raid limit would also do the same, if you want CI to not breach SCP's then how about getting E-11 more active.

give CI something in return instead of just "nerfing" them. You can't compare GOC and CI with one another, arguably CI has a bigger playerbase and needs something to do, they aren't as much of a "irrelevant" faction as everyone poses them to be.
1 objective ci and both foundation can claim it if claimed by foundation its not brought past floor 2 say stored in the floor 2 storage room and then ci hide it in there base raids then involve getting this item back or having it as a building where you get something for capuring it should 1 stop ci raiding just to breach scps and still gives the nu-7 and dea there rp and stops the constant breaches stoping all the foundations rp since ci wont need to enter past floor 2
