Denied Increasing raid timer for CI

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Response here] Increases raid cooldown for CI to 2 hours to match GOC or adding a cap on how many raids they can do in a day

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Response here] we wont have constant breaches of scp's from when ci raid this will then allow for there to be more rp this will also be more beneficial since when CI does raid the size of the new hcz its difficult to
1) locate the CI when they are in hcz
2) when the CI are finally found its difficult to challange them when they are trying to breach stuff due to the time we have to spend getting back to them and the ammount of numbers they have
this still means that when they do raid they will still have the mass breach they want since they are at such and advantage

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Response here] CI will probably end up crying since they cant mass breach every 45 minutes.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Response here] since it will mean the server can be a more rp focused like it should be and not just a breach and resonating simulator.

increase in raid timer = more time between raids. more time inbetween raids = less code 1s and 5s. less code 1s and 5s = more time spent doing rp instead of dealing with code 1s and 5s. its quite simple how it will boost rp

d class riot for any no reason hate to break it to you ci dont mean anthing to a d class only time i have seen ci interact with them is if they randomly come across one or they are used to buy shit back from ci

you just dont understand nerfing CI will decrease RP / mtf

With a 2 hour raid cooldown CI will just afk in base this leads to DEA being bored and doing nothing nu-7 will never leave base and GOC would get quite bored as well theres basically only them and the foundation NU-7 + DEA would die mc&d would die more than it already has as mc&d wouldnt gain equipment from CI

with ci basically doing no raids means almost scp breaches a significant decrease in dblock riots which leads to less dclass = NO TESTS FOR RESEARCHERS

YOU ARE BITING YOURSELF IN THE ASS NO CI = LESS RIOTS = LESS DCLASS = NO RESEARCH RP = NO E-11 INTERACTING WITH RESEARCHERS

use your fucking brain first it isnt hard to see how removing CI would cause this its like when a drug king pin dies the area doesnt suddenly go back to normal

This has got to be the dumbest post I've seen. CI raid timer being upped will not even half the amount of breaches. Class-D riots happen regardless of CI. This entire thread is just filled CI trying desperately to avoid being nerfed, with no regard to how their gameplay affects the server.

If E-11 are active then it’s more a skill issue than that ci need to be nerfed

E-11 got buffed due to the fact that they spawn in hcz making it a bit harder for ci raids in general as they can keep coming

Stop complaining that ci is good at the 1 thing we are ment to do

Get gud
ci mass breaching to breach scps is not the only thing they are there to do you dont raid to release d class you dont infil to spy on people you legit breach kill breach an scp and either they team or they kill you and you get saulty over the fact scp no team

it clearly isnt this suggestion will not be accepted either way due to common sense ci raid timer used to be 1 hour however it was changed for good reason there is no point in arguing

the point of the suggestion being here is because hcz is no longer so small its huger basically the same size of the whole facility and finding ci is like looking for a needle in a haystack and since the circumstances of the hcz has changed so much it has made ci so much more powerfull and need a nurf they have been needing for ages

This is a LOT of the player base that would be affected, all for what? Your job to be Easier?
-Oh dear lord last time CI's cooldown was 1h 30 Mins it did not end well for the CO team, I wasn't there and I don't think you were there but its effects on who are CO's are still lasting up to today.

no for more rp also it wouldnt affect nu-7 and dea as everyone else has said they spend there entire time in foundation doing other stuff then being ready for ci raid also its not only there to make e-11 job easier its there to improve rp and not being just a breach and combat server but making it more rp based like the server should be untill the new site is up

And what do you think CI should do inbetween the 2 HOUR period inbetween raids, bare in mind it's our main gameplay loop

What other stuff
researcher can test and not be interupted all non combative personal wont have to go and hide in a bunker for 40 minutes to an hour while there is a breach happening you dont think about what gets stopped when ci mass breach shit its not just e-11 go and fight it when its mass breached the whole server basically stops and goes and hides in personal wing or a bunker

E-11 is active the problem here is that no matter how active e-11 is when ci get into hcz its impossable for us to be able to fight them and stop them from breaching anything

get new tactics CI always go for the same scps each time literaelly bro its so fucking simple yet you refuse to and blindly run at CI instead of using strategy
 
they have control over lcz and sc and will set up checkpoints there and then they do escorts and all the other reasons that all nu-7 are not in the garage waiting for ci to raid with btw also unable to stop since they just use god druggs and run at 100mph past them while being imortal
why would they have to patrol/escort if there arent any threats? (CI)
