Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I Mained SAS For Years Then When I returned To The Server I Saw RMP Was At 12 Players So i Decided Top Join And Helped Steven Connor And Dukem Bring The Regiment Up To 30 Players Most Of Which Were Active Daily And I Reached The Rank Of Major Before My Ban Last June
Why would you like to become a staff member: I'm Quite Active And When I'm On There's Not A lot of Staff And When There Are They have Too Many Sits To Be Able to Help everyone And I Want To make Sure Other Players Don't Get Negatively Impacted Because Other Players Are Breaking Rules And Staff Are Busy So Cant take Their Stuck Sit. Also In Recent Days As RMP We've Had Examples OF A MRDM'er Who Was Running Around for 30 mins Before Staff Took The Sit Resulting In Loads OF Dying Etc And RMP And NHC And SAS Tryna Cuff And Elastic The Guy So He Stops Killing Everyone. I Have Also Seen A large Amount Of Staff And Players Leave In Recent Weeks And Want To help Pick Up The Slack They Left.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Mainly As I Said Above About Ticket Times But Also I Dont Care If A Sit Is Long OR Short Ill Do it Either Way Im Used To Doing Grunt Work And Will Happily Do Whatevers Needed. Also A Big One Is Player Retention And Enjoyment Id Like to Try And Help Players Stay Immersed And Connected To The Sever Whether IT Be Via Events Retention Programmes Etc Aswell As Trying To increase The Amount OF New Players Coming In As A Problem Ive Noticed IS Alot OF Players Are Returnees Who Join Burn Out Leave Repeat We Need Fresh Blood.
