Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I received a Ban for abuse of GM powers in July, I've openly admitted to doing this and got it appealed
All of these warns were in early 2024 when I was learning the server rules.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I spent a short time as a Trial GM in MRP and helped run a map change event, a CRB event and a small Tournament event
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: I am proud of the fact I helped KGB rebuild from a dead state in Mid 2024 and also recieving a KGB medal for my dedication and activity in helping the KGB. another thing I'm proud of is that ive made many friends from all over the world from all walks of life on this server which is something I never thought I'd do.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I want to make the server a more enjoyable experience for all and also to help with the never ending stream of sits the admins seem to get, helping keep the server running smoothly and also helping out the newer players, additionally with my life seemingly revolving around college and this server means I am on nearly all hours of the day,therefore I can fill in the cracks and gaps where sometimes staff levels fall or are even no staff on. Ialso want to give back to the community who have always been kind and supportive no matter what and this server is what helped me overcome my fear of speaking which if you remember me from when I first joined knew that hearing me speak was a rare event and even then it was only two or three people who ever heard and I just want to give something back to this amazing community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something it would probably be activity of the staff, during midday there's always active staff on, but in those mornings and evenings when the heli regiments want to do their training but cant rr their helicopters or when AG/SAS want to do hacking training but cant because there's no admins on, I've felt this personally because Ill be honest I spend the better part of my days on MRP and there's always the times when there's nothing you can do in peace times because there's no staff to support you and I want to change this.
